•The Husco Valve direct the flow

to the injector head drive motor(38)• the 60 GPM pump excessflow and 30 GMP pump flow isdirected to the reservoir

•175 psi is maintained in thereturn line via the back 

pressure valve(10)•The injector brake will befully released by applying 600psi via the reducing valve(35)

•450 to 500 psi pilot pressurefrom the motor inlet is requiredto open the conterbalancevalve(31)

How does the injector Headcircuit run the spooling reel?

• When the spooling reel motorworks as motor, the injectorcircuit works normal (see theinjector circuit animation)• Note that the high low

selector is not active.

• When the spooling used toapply back tension, The spooling

motor works as a pump.

• Both 60 GPM and 30 GPM getvented through their relief valve
