CHAPTER 9 FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS:Section 906.1.

Section 1005.1. Minimum Required Egress WidthThe means of egress width shall not be less than required by this section. The total width of means of egress in inches shall not be less than the total occupant load served by the means of egress multiplied by 0.3 inches per occupant for stairways and by 0.2 inches per occupant for other egress components. The width shall not be less than specified elsewhere in this code. Multiple means of egress shall be sized such that the loss of any one means of egress shall not reduce the available capacity to less than 50 percent of the required capacity. Section 1027.1.Exit DischargeExits shall discharge directly to the exterior of the building. The exit discharge shall be at grade or shall provide direct access to grade. The exit discharge shall not reenter a building.
CHAPTER 12 INTERIOR ENVIRONMENT:Section 1205.1.LightingEvery space intended for human occupancy shall be provided with natural light by means of exterior glazed openings in accordance with Section 1205.2 or shall be provided with artificial light in accordance with Section 1205.3. Exterior glazed openings shall open directly onto a public way or onto a yard or court in accordance with Section 1206. Section 1205.2.Natural LightThe minimum net glazed area shall not be less than 8 percent of the floor area of the room served.Section 1205.3.
Artificial LightArtificial light shall be provided that is adequate to provide an average illumination of 10 foot-candles over the area of the room at a height of 30 inches above the floor level.
Section 1208.2.Minimum Ceiling HeightsOccupiable spaces, habitable spaces and corridors shall have a ceiling height of not less than 7 feet 6 inches. Bathrooms, toilet rooms, kitchens, storage rooms and laundry rooms shall be permitted to have a ceiling height of not less than 7 feet.
CHAPTER 14 EXTERIOR WALLS:Section 1404.4.
MasonryExterior walls of masonry construction shall be designed and constructed in accordance with this section and Chapter 21. Masonry units, mortar and metal accessories used in anchored and adhered veneer shall meet the physical requirements of Chapter 21. The backing of anchored and adhered veneer shall be of concrete, masonry, steel framing or wood framing.
Section 1404.10.Fiber-Cement SidingFiber-cement siding shall conform to the requirements of ASTM C 1186, Type A, and shall be so identified on labeling listing an approved quality control agency.

AMPLIFIER AND ALL CABLE WILL BE RUN BACK TO THIS LOCATION. CONTRACTOR SHALL ALSO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
PROVIDING A PATHWAY (1"C MINIMUM) FROM THE AMPLIFIER LOCATION TO THE ROOF (THROUGH A PITCH POCKET) FOR
THE POTENTIAL ADDITION OF A RADIO SYSTEMS ANTENNA. CONTRACTOR SHALL ENGAGE THE SERVICES OF A QUALIFIED
RADIO COMMUNICATIONS CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE A COMPLETE DESIGN. DESIGN, INSTALLATION, AND TESTING SHALL
CONFORM WITH REQUIREMENTS OF THE VIRGINIA UNIFORM STATEWIDE BUILDING CODE 2012, SECTION 510 OF THE
INTERNATIONAL FIRE CODE 2012, EMERGENCY RESPONDER RADIO COVERAGE. THE COST OF THE DESIGN AND THE
