What is Stampt™? •  Stampt™ is a revolutionary smartphone

application that replaces and improves paper buy-10-get-1-free loyalty cards, providing a much more effective way to:

–  Increase customer loyalty & word of mouth

– Frequency of purchase & profit

– Drive business using intergraded social media sharing

•  Stampt™ frees consumers from managing a wallet-full of paper cards and provides them with an engaging way to be rewarded for their loyalty and: – Find out about business offers by geographic

area – Get directions and contact business right from the

app – Go green and free themselves of paper cards – Free for consumers

In the App: Nearby Businesses

•  This is the first screen the user sees when they open the app

•  It displays the 100 closest businesses, based on the user’s location

•  It can display as a list - displayed right - or click on “Map” in the upper right of the screen to see a map of the business location

•  It shows business names, addresses, loyalty offers and distance from where the user is when the app is opened

•  The user can tap on any business name to view detailed information screen with details about the business

In the App: Business Details •  The app provides user with the

following details about the business: –  Name of the business –  Business address –  Loyalty offer or offers and number of

Stampts™ collected –  "About Us" section that describes the

business –  Business number that users can touch

to dial –  Hours of operation –  Get directions button that shows

directions based on the user’s location –  Website or Facebook link

In  the  App:  My  Cards  •  The My Cards section allows users to view all

active and completed virtual loyalty cards

•  Once a user has earned all the Stampts™ to fill up their card, it is a complete card. Users can access their reward through this screen to redeem it at the business

•  All active cards are also placed in the My Cards section so that the user can see how many Stamps they have at any business they have used Stampt™

•  The numbers to the right of the business name tell the user the number of Stampts™ received, out of the number of Stampts™ required to receive that business’ offer

In the App: Settings There are 3 important settings on this screen: 1.  “My Account”

–  Where users can view their login email address –  Logout of their account

2.  “Share Stamps To…” –  The app automatically post Stampt™ activity to

Facebook or Twitter that shows their friends where they’ve been Stampt™. Users can select which social networks they want to use to share.

3.  “Homepage” –  Users will see either the Nearby screen or the

Stampt scanner. The user selects their home preference here.

–  Nearby shows the user all nearby businesses –  The scanner is the tool users need to scan the

businesses’ Quick Scan card and get their Stampt™.

•  Stampt™ allows businesses to understand their customers, as well as interact with them through powerful business analytics. Using Stampt™ data allows businesses to:

– Understand current customers & acquire new ones

– Find & interact with customers in real-time

– Retain customers through rewards & incentives

Closer Look: Business Analytics

•  Every week, Stampt™ sends an Activity Report to enrolled businesses.

•  Stampt™ captures email and profile data for each user.

•  Every Stampt™ transaction is recorded. Data captured includes: –  Who bought items –  What was purchased –  Where they bought it –  When they bought it –  Users are profiled by purchase behavior –  Types of businesses visited –  Velocity of visits –  Frequency of visits

How it Works: Design Your Own Offers

•  Design Your Own Loyalty Program – With our technology, we have the capability to limit the number of Stampts™ given per week, day, or even per hour. This allows businesses to leave their Stampt™ Quick Scan Card unattended for customers to scan should they choose:

– For example, users can be limited to 1 Stampt™ per visit, per 24 hours or limit the number of Stamps to 3 stamps per hour, per user – businesses decide how their program should run and we make it happen!

How it Works: Geo-Location •  The Stampt™ Quick Scan Card ‘knows’ the

location of the user’s phone or tablet by GPS.

•  Will not allow the user to receive a Stampt™ if the user is not within 40 feet of the businesses location.

•  This prevents theft of the Quick Scan Card to scan it off business premises to receive more Stampts™.

•  Geo-location can be turned off to meet the needs of mobile businesses.

Closer Look: Fraud Prevention

•  The Stampt™ Reward Page locks the app until the user has redeemed their reward.

•  We constantly monitor all usage on our back-end for unusual behavior, such as:

–  Frequency of Stampts by individual user & redemption frequency by individual user

•  Algorithms in the Stampt™ back-end alert the team if any unusual behavior occurs.

•  If a business should accidentally give more Stampts than it wants to, we can deduct Stampts as needed from a user’s account.

•  We can also add Stampts as necessary for mistakes, when a user does not receive a Stampt they should have for their purchase.
