Letter from Msgr. M. Tomás Marín

My dear friends,

Thank you so much for all your prayers, I have been feeling a pain for the past two months and have undergone many tests and two surgeries in the past two weeks. They have finally found what is wrong and on August 18, I was diagnosed with Lymphoma. This is a good diagnosis because I am told that at my age I have 98% survival rate. They have also not found any cancer cells in the many biopsies they have done. I have bounced back quickly from the surgeries and have told the doctors that it is due to all of your prayers. I have been able to celebrate Mass every day and will continue to do so. I would like to thank the parish office staff and the many priests who are helping with the celebration of Mass. I will undergo Chemotherapy every other week starting August 28, and I ask for your continued prayers. May our Good Lord bless you all abundantly,
