USHERS AND GREETERS NEEDED!!!
Ushers and Greeters are the frontline representatives of our
parish.
These volunteers greet the incoming worshippers and invite them
into St. Patrick’s Church family of believers. Their friendly faces
are the first impression people will get of our parish. The ushers
and greeters are essential to the ministry of Hospitality in
creating a welcoming atmosphere to prayerfully worship God at Mass.
The ministers of hospitality serve the Body of Christ in the
following ways:
Be friendly and welcoming to those entering the church and
sanctuary prior to Mass.
Providing assistance to the elderly, disabled, and ill during
Mass as necessary.
Help seat people and provide safe distancing in an orderly
manner.
Be friendly and thankful to people leaving Mass so they can
“Glorify God with their lives” through the week at work, home and
play.
Tidy up the church after Mass to get ready for the next Mass
Are you Feeling Called to Be A Usher or Greeter?
If so, please contact Johnnie at 235-5535 or 262-2570.
True Care has an immediate opening for a receptionist. Right
now, things are a little different due to COVID-19. The
qualifications for this position say you must have 2 years of
experi-
ence as a volunteer or employee in ministry. The position is 32
to 40 hours/month and the pay is $15.00 per hour. Right now the
receptionists are working 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off due to
COVID-19. The 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off is so that if one of them
were to contract the virus or have to self-isolate, we would have
another receptionist who has not been exposed. The receptionist
schedule will remain this way for the foreseeable future. Here are
the days and hours we need the receptionist to work:
Tuesday: 1:30 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday: 12:30 p.m. 7:00 p.m.
Friday: 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

GIVE IN THANKSGIVING. "The nuns left lasting impressions on me,"
writes a donor. "I shall always be grateful for my Catholic
education." Please join in thanking the thousands of senior
Cath-olic sisters, brothers, and religious order priests who worked
tire-lessly to educate the young and serve those in need. The
collec-
tion for the Retirement Fund for Religious will not be taken up
at our weekend masses due to the pandemic. Please consider
sup-porting this Fund, which helps hundreds of religious
communi-ties care for aging members, by using our online giving
platform on the parish website, dropping your donation in the
baskets at church or mailing into the parish
office. Thank you for your generosity!
OUR LADY OF FATIMA PARISH is in need of a part-time helper

completion of Diocesan Background Checks and Safe Environment
Training is required. If you are interested in this opportunity to
serve the parish, please provide your resume, and contact Fr.
Thomas George at 307-265-5586.
