• To involve the St. Patrick parish and community in the mission of long term Catholic education for all children.• To maintain and support a learning environment that is conducive to prayerful reflection of Christ in our lives.• To provide formation in Catholic values, beliefs and traditions for all who share in the St. Patrick community. • To promote Christ-like attitudes and behavior in all activities among students, parents, staff and coaches.• To provide opportunities to celebrate the Sacraments, Mass and prayer with our students.• To provide resources to assist with family faith formation. • To foster the inclusion of Christ, through prayer, in discerning life vocations.• To support the presence and participation of priests and sisters in the school. • To provide students with the resources to overcome challenges to their faith.• To invite community members to share their faith journey with our students.• To live and teach respect for others in the world.

and other educational organizations.• To provide teachers with professional and spiritual development opportunities.• To implement a teacher mentor program.• Toencourageparentinvolvementintheirchildren’seducationbyprovidingacademicresources,homeworkaidsandaccesstoupdatedBlackboardinformation.• To invite and recognize parish involvement in the education of our youth. • To provide opportunities for older students to get to know and mentor younger students.• To utilize data, standardized test scores, statistics and other educational metrics to encourage continuous improvement in our educational mission.• To provide an environment that is safe and sacred for all children.
