• Each Camping Cheque is valid forone night’s stay for up to twopeople plus car/caravan, trailer tentor motor caravan and includeselectricity. The cost of any localtourist tax or other services (e.g.water/drainage connections) isexcluded and must be paid directlyto the site management. Only onepet per pitch is permitted.

• Two forms of Camping Chequesare available, paper and electronic.Both can be purchased throughThe Club. A Camping ChequeSilver Card must be purchased(£2.50) before any electronicCamping Cheques can be sold.

• Camping Cheques may not beused for payment for any pitchesreserved in advance through TheClub’s Travel Service, when therates shown in this brochure willapply. Some sites appearing inthe Camping Cheque directorywill allow payment to be madeby Camping Cheques if anadvance booking has been madedirect with the site, but thisMUST be clarified with the site atthe time of booking.

• The dates on which cheques are accepted vary widely between sites.

• Please note unused CampingCheques above the minimumpurchase of 7 may be refunded ifthey have not been written on.There will be a minimum chargeof the value of one Cheque.

More choice, more freedom, more variety...Ferry Services Ferry bookings:As always, you are much more likelyto get the sailing you want at thelowest fare if you book early, in viewof the flexible pricing model now inplace with most ferry operators. Any telephone quotations may not bevalid if the booking is made at a latertime. All ferry reservation requests areentirely dependent on availability.

Special offers: Several operators have special offersfor members, such as a free caravan oncertain routes. Some member specialoffers may have restricted capacityattached to them, so it is possible thatcertain sailings may be available at ahigher price but not at the offer fare.All offer fares may be amended orwithdrawn without prior notice andThe Club will use the operator’s tariffcorrect at the time of booking.

Bookings:All operators reserve the right to apply any appropriate surcharge to a booking where members arrive for a different service to the one shownon their booking confirmation. Suchcharges, in addition to anamendment fee, will also be payableif members contact us to amend thereservation for them.

Tickets and confirmations:Tickets for ferry or Eurotunnelbookings are no longer sent out. Your ticket is simply your travelconfirmation, which can be sent byemail or post (postal confirmationsare not available for bookings madeonline). On your travel confirmation is your ferry reference number whichyou will need to quote upon arrival at the port.

Payments:Payment of deposit (restrictionsapply) or the full amount may only bemade by a current valid debit or creditcard. Cancellation and amendmentfees will apply. In the case where adeposit is paid and the balance is notalso paid by the required date, thebooking will be cancelled and thedeposit forfeited.

DFDS:DFDS (Dover to Dunkirk/Calais routesonly) may only be booked via the Clubwebsite unless combined with a site orcamping cheques.
