We honor YOU! At our 8:30 am School Mass on Monday, May 7
th, we will honor the final 2017-2018
“Lead By Example” Students for the month of April. These students earned this award
by having Academic Excellence, being the Most Improved or performing Service to
Others. All are welcome to join us in honoring these students! Congratulations to all our
Lead By Example Students This Year!
Congratulations to our
LifeWorks Ohio Respect Life
Art & Essay Contest Winner
Congratulations to our
“Shark Tank” Winners We are proud to announce that “Quint5 Scents”
Adyson B., Kaylie R., Katelyn R., Genevieve Z. & David K.
won FIRST Place not only at our very own school “Shark
Tank” competition but also at the “Catapult” Competition
that took place April 28th
at St. Ignatius.
There were 14 participants sent to this competition with schools
throughout the Cleveland & Akron areas. The participants had to stand
up on stage and present their business plans to the judges. Our 5
entrepreneurs presented their custom candles repurposed from old church
candles that are also very eco-friendly. Many hours of preparation went
into this not only for the students who made each candle, but by their
amazing teacher, Mrs. Radanovich. You can support these students by
purchasing these candles at the school. Their business journey is just
beginning. Great Job students!
There were over 2,600 entries in the contest this year. Students had to
reflect upon God’s precious gift of life.
Congratulations to 7th
Grader, Nevaeh B.
who won 2nd
Place for her Essay!
She will be presented a special award at a ceremony on Sunday, April
29th
in Parma. We are very proud of your hard work Nevaeh. Thank
for being a great example to all students & spreading God’s Message of
Life to others.
Congratulations to our students whose
artwork was selected to be exhibited in
The Third Annual Holy
Name High School Online

Before All”. We can’t wait to hear about your accomplishments.
May God Bless and Guide You!
Chicago Trip What a great time we had! The students were able to visit Notre

We will take your Used School Uniforms As we are getting ready to end the school year, let’s recycle those gently used uniforms. There will be a box in the
school to drop off all your outgrown uniforms. The items will be organized and available at Back to School Night on
August 27th
. Look for the Uniform Exchange Table at our yearly event.
