SİSTEM ALÜMİNYUM SAN. Ve TİC. A.Ş. 1994 yılında 1 adet 210 ton/ay 800 tonluk kapasitesiyle İstanbul Merter’de 3000 m2’lik alanda alüminyum profil imalatına başlamıştır.1998 yılına kadar burada imalatına devam eden firma daha sonra İstanbul Hadımköy’ deki yerine taşınmıştır. Yeni anlayış içerisinde, 2013Yılında Çorlu’da 350.000 m2 üzerine kurulan 60000 m2’lik kapalı alanda yeni yerinde günün koşullarına göre modernize edilen tesisimiz, 1100 ton/ay kapasiteli 2750 tonluk presimizin ilavesi ile yıllık üretim kapasitesini 35.000 ton/yıla çıkarmıştır. Sistem Alüminyum kalıp üretiminden başlayıp ekstrüzyon imalatı, elektrostatik toz boya, ahşap kaplama, eloksal, mekanik işlem, kompozit panel imalatı ve nihai uygulamaları bünyesinde bulunduran entegre bir tesistir. Kalıphanemiz; CNC işleme merkezleri, modern tezgâhlar ve kalifiye elemanlarla mevcut üretimimizi desteklemektedir. Müşteri özel profillerinin kalıp üretimini de modern ekipmanlarla burada gerçekleştirilmektedir. 10.000 çeşidin üstünde ürün yelpazesi ile sektöründeki yerini her geçen gün daha da güçlendirmektedir.

Yıllık kapasitesi 7.200 ton olan Statik Toz BoyaTesisimizde standart RAL renklerinin yanı sıra müşterimizin özel renk talepleri de karşılanmaktadır. Çorlu’da devreye alınan yeni boyahane ünitemizle 8000 mm boya sahip profiller proses edilebilmektedir. 2006 yılında devreye alınan Eloksal Tesisimize ilave olarak Çorlu’da devreye alınan son teknolojiye sahip, müşteri özel renklerinin de çalışıldığı yeni eloksal tesisimizle birlikte yıllık kapasitesi 28.000 ton/yıl olacaktır. Alternatif yüzey kaplaması olarak 2010 yılında faaliyete geçen Ahşap Transfer Kaplama bölümümüzde özel renk ve desen çalışmaları yapılabilmektedir. 2010 yılında kurulan Mekanik İşlem Merkezimizle müşterilerimizden gelen talepler doğrultusunda profil yüzeyine delme, havşalı delme, boşaltma, CNC işlemleri, hassas kesim, açılı kesim, punch ile delme, matkapla delme, fitil v.b. işlemleri uygulanabilmektedir. Üretim kapasitesinin büyük bölümünü ihracata ayıran firmamız yurt içinde de aynı kalitede hizmet vermektedir. Bu amaçla tümüyle kendi imkân, teknoloji ve AR-GE çalışmaları neticesinde ALUTECH SYSTEM SERIES markası altında giydirme cephe sistemlerini, yalıtımlı-yalıtımsız doğrama, sürme, ışıklık, çelik takviyeli cephe, kompoze ve taş kaplama alt taşıyıcı sistemlerini piyasaya sürmüştür. SİSTEM ALÜMİNYUM SAN. Ve TİC. A.Ş. has started to produce aluminum profiles in 1994, with a capacity of 800 tons with 1 press machine of 210 tons/month on 3000 m2 area in Istanbul/Merter. The company had continued its production there until 1998 and then moved to its place in Istanbul/Hadımköy. With the new perspectives, our facility has been modernized with the conditions of modern time on its new place in Çorlu over an area of 350.000 m2 with 60000 m2 of closed space and with the addition of new 2750 tons press machine with capacity of 1100 tons/month, it has increased the production capacity to 35.000 tons/year. Sistem Aluminum is an integrated plant which includes all of the processes starting with mold production, continuing with extrusion production, electrostatic powder coating, wood siding, anodized coatings, mechanical process and composite panel production; all the way to final applications.

Our die house supports our current production with CNC processing centers, modern branches and qualified staff. Mold production for special customer profiles is also executed here with modern equipment. It strengthens its place in the industry everyday with its range over 10,000 products.

We also provide special color requests from our customers in addition to standard RAL colors, within our Static Powder Paint Facility with 7.200 tons of annual capacity. With our new Powder Coating unit becoming operational in Çorlu, we will be able to process profiles 8000 mm in length. Together with the new anodizing facility becoming operational in Çorlu with the latest technology and where special color requests from our customers are studied, in addition to our Anodizing Facility that became operational in 2006, our annual capacity will be 28.000 tons/year. As an alternative surface coating, within our Wooden Transfer Coating department, which became operational in 2010, we can work on special colors and designs.Together with the Machining Center, which became operational in 2010, we are able to conduct processes such as profile surface drilling, countersink drilling, unloading, CNC processes, precision cut, angled cut, punch drilling, drilling, cord etc.

Our company allocates a large part of its production capacity for exportation and also serves with the same quality in domestic markets. With this purpose, it has released curtain wall systems, isolated-nonisolated frames, sliding, skylight, steel reinforced facade, composite and stone faced sub-carrier systems, under the brand of ALUTECH SYSTEM SERIES, as a result of entirely their own efforts, technology and R & D activities.Systems presented to the industry have been tested with engineering tests at every stage and compliance with all accessories in European (EN) standards is provided. This option has the same logic as the classic cover facade system; however, it is formed by means of using only one of the horizontal or vertical covers on the exterior of the building in this system. When viewed from the outside, glasses are seen as if they were in a frame. The difference of it from silicone facade is the appearance of aluminum profiles coming on these glasses like a cover. When flap in the facade is wanted to be opened, hidden flap implementation is carried out with special design profiles in the way that they will not perceived from outside. This facade system gives your building a different color with flat, round and almond shaped cover options. It discharges the condensation and rain water to be formed thanks to condensing canals of transporter system. Our system having mulyon and transom profiles, whose wall thickness of transporter system is 2 mm and 1.7 mm, is produced from 35 mm to 195 mm with wide product variety. Optimum static values can be provided. All connection profiles and all other profiles are used jointly, provide a great stock advantage for the implementer.

F50 CLASSIC INTEGRATED FACADE

Thanks to this option, an appearance of a facade system with structural silicone is obtained as no profile is visible when viewed from the outside. A special double-glass spacer profile fixed to the glass through structural silicone is externally fastened to the carrier profiles with the help of joint profiles. If desired, any preferred glass panel can be turned into a hidden leaf without revealing which one is openable. As the system does not require the use of a panel profile, it is a highly economical solution. ALUTECH COTTA CEPHE KAPLAMA SİSTEMİ

ALUTECH COTTA mimaride estetik ve farklılık yaratabilecek yeni bir cephe kaplama ürünüdür. Paneler alüminyum alt konstrüksiyondaki düşey profillere vidalarla tutturularak montajı sağlanır. Düşey derzler 10 mm’lik fuga profili kulanıldığından cephe bütünlüğü sağlanmaktadır. Yatay derzlerde ise paneller arasında yer alan 10 mm’lik fuga boşlukları, cephenin arkasında doğal bir hava sirkülasyonunun oluşmasına musade etmektedir. Benzer sistemlere göre çok hafiftir, işçilik, montaj kolaylığı ve ürün maliyeti açısından avantajlara sahiptir. Bina cephesini dış hava şartlarından korur, ısı izolasyonuna imkan veren uygulama şekliyle yüksek enerji tasarrufu sağlar. ALUTECH COTTA FACADE COATING SYSTEMS

ALUTECH COTTA is a new facade coating product that is capable of creating aesthetics and difference in architecture. The panels are mounted to the vertical profiles situated on the aluminium sub-construction with the help of screws. As 10 mm joint profile is used for the vertical pointing, facade integrity is ensured. For the horizontal pointing, on the other hand, 10 mm joint spaces situated between the panels allow the creation of a natural air circulation behind the facade. It is very lights in comparison with similar systems and has such advantages as workmanship, ease of mounting and product cost. It protects the facade of the building against external weather conditions and provides a significant energy saving thanks to its way of implementation allowing heat insulation. Having the advantage of being such an aluminium that can be produced in various forms and dimensions, ALUTECH COTTA can be painted with all kinds of colours and floored at any dimension in comparison with stone. It can also be floored horizontally or vertically, with or without pointing or in a flat or oval form.
