SSD 9249 – SYDNEY FOOTBALL STADIUM REDEVELOPMENT How to access submissions on the Major Projects website The Department of Planning and Environment thanks the public, community groups, government agencies, local councils and organisations for their submissions during the exhibition of SSD 9249 for the proposed redevelopment of the Sydney Football Stadium. In response to the large amount of submissions received and to increase transparency, the Department has adjusted the way it presents submissions on the Major Projects website to ensure information can be easily accessed by the community. Submissions are arranged into packaged and numbered PDF files. The table below indexes all submissions received during the public consultation period for the application. PDFs have been produced containing submissions within a numerical range. These have been uploaded to the Department’s Major Projects website page for the Sydney Football Stadium redevelopment proposal. Where a submitter made more than one submission these are identified with a “- M000001”, and included after the initial submission. Please note multiple submissions or duplicate submissions are not identified in the table below. However, these are contained in the PDF packages on the website. The Department undertook a thorough audit of all submissions to identify and categorise the information for assessment. The total number of community submissions published online is 726 (including duplicates and multiple submissions but excluding Government Agencies and City of Sydney Council). The applicant will include a similar numbering system to identify issues raised in each submission within its Response to Submissions Report. When the Response to Submissions Report is submitted to the Department, it will be uploaded to the Major Projects website page for Sydney Football Stadium redevelopment proposal. To identify which submission number has been assigned to a submission author you can use the “Ctrl +F” on PC or “Cmd +F” on Macs to enable a search function. Inputting the first name or surname of an author will take you to the corresponding submission. Where confidentiality was requested by an author for a submission, it will not be possible to search for the author’s submission as the name has not been published. In this instance, “Name Withheld” is provided in the name column below, in line with the information provided on the Major Projects webpage. Please note where a confidentiality request was made on any one of multiple submissions made by the same author, all the submissions by that author have been treated as confidential. Please contact the Department on http://www.planning.nsw.gov.au/Contact-Us, if you have requested confidentiality and need advice regarding your submission number.
