2. The Proposed Project

We are scoping a website for affiliate marketers will represent advertisers and affiliate publishers as one of the

largest and most experienced lead generation networks in the marketplace.

There will be three types of users: Admin, advertiser and publisher. Advertiser will be able to sign up over the website and will be able to pay to the publishers only as per the performance. The CPA model (Cost per Action), is the optimal method of buying online advertising because the advertiser defines the Actions they are seeking from a surfer in advance (a sale on the website, a form being filled, a download, etc.) and only pays when that Action occurs. Publishers will be able to sign up over the website and will be able to take advantage of the doorway to hundreds of high converting, top paying advertising campaigns, all easily found in seconds with the proprietary network interface. When the publisher or advertiser doesnt login on the website then there will be some pages, which are: Home, What we do, Advertiser, Publisher, FAQ, BLOG, Campaigns. When the publisher logged in over the website then there will be Home page where publisher will be able to see the network news, Newest Campaign Name, Top Campaigns, and Affiliate Referral Program, Quick Stats and the publishers affiliate rep. Publisher will be able to search for the campaigns with keywords, details (country, category, subcategory), traffic type (Social Media, Contextual, Email, Mobile, Search, Banner, Incentive) and filter (Pay-Per-Call, Bookmarked, MB Suggested). Campaigns will be shown with ID, name, EPC, CPR rate. Publisher will be able to edit his profile. He will be able to check his report with report type, a date range. Publisher will also get the resources to get traffic on the website affiliates.

3. Design Specification

The planned website would provide the modern, clean, elegant, and easy to navigate and user friendly layout

with simple and attractive color scheme exactly as per the requirement so that it would be able to draw the

users attention with prime and updated information available on it.

We will provide exotic look for your website that will give eye catching appearance to users over the website.

The website would be developed using the standard resolution size but we always welcome our client

comments and ideas and work according to the client specification. If you have any comments regarding this we

are open to discuss with you.

9.1 User MODE

a. Home Page module: User will be able to see the just launched campaigns, latest news and featured advertisers. Already registered publishers will be able to login.

b. Login Module:

Already registered advertiser or publishers will be able to login over the website.

c. What We Do Module: This page contains content about the website and about the services it provides.

d. Advertiser Page Module:

This page contains content for the advertisers like benefits for them to register over the website etc. After reading the content if advertiser wants to register over the website then he will click on Become an advertiser. This will redirect the advertiser to the contact us page. Advertiser wont get registered directly over the website.

e. Publisher Page Module:

This page will conatin contents which will provide information about the publishers and will give the information of how the publishers can do the campaigns.User will be able to sign up as a publisher and can register over the website.

f. FAQ Page: This page will contain frequently asked questions which users usually want to ask to solve their queries.

g. Blog Page:

This page will contain blogs related to the services of the website, advertiser and publisher. User will be able to subscribe to the website. Will be able to see the recent comments on the blogs. Facebook feeds will be shown on this page. User will be able to follow the website instagram and will be able to connect on Facebook, twitter, google+, Linkedin and RSS feed. There will be option on the blog page to redirect on resources and website. There will be about us page also where the description of the website and founder will be there.

h. Resources Page Module:

This page will contain resources to get traffic on the website affiliates.

i. Contact Us Page Module: User will be able to contact for any query by filling up this form.

j. Privacy Policy Page Module: User will be able to see the privacy policies on this page.

9.2 Publisher Mode

This user will be able to register over the website and start working to promote the products of the advertiser. Publishers will get the commission if the products get sold his promotion.

a. Login Module: User will be able to login over the website as a publisher with email id and password.

b. Home Page Module:

Publisher will be able to see the home page after getting logged in over the website. He will be able to see the affiliate rep and will be able to send them email. He will be able to see the newest campaigns with campaign ID, name and CPA rate. Publisher will be able to see the traffic types of each campaign. He will be able to see the network news and Top campaigns. Publisher will be able to refer other affiliates. Publisher will also be able to see his ID on the home page.

c. Search Campaign Page Module:

Publisher will be able to search for the campaigns with keywords, details (country, category, subcategory), traffic type (Social Media, Contextual, Email, Mobile, Search, Banner, Incentive) and filter (Pay-Per-Call, Bookmarked, MB Suggested).

d. Profile Page Module: Publisher will be able to edit his profile. He will be able to edit contact info, postal address, promotional methods, E-Mail preferences, Payment info. Payment can be done by PayPal; Pre paid MasterCard or Direct Bank Deposits. Publisher will be able to read warning before changing the status of receive campaign Notices, view payment options, view frequency options. Publisher will be able to request a change to payment details.

e. Reports Page Module: Publisher will be able to see the reports of his work. He will be able to see that for a campaign how many clicks and how many leads he got. He will be able to see the earnings and EPC. Publisher will be able to see the Creative and sub Id of the visitors and can get who visited the website. Publisher will also be able to search report according to the report type and a date range. Also he will be able to download the report.

f. Resources Page Module:

This page will contain resources to get traffic on the website affiliates.

g. Documentation: Publisher will be able to see the information regarding SUB ID tracking, Callback Pixel/URL, API and Incentive site anti- fraud guidelines.

h. API Module: Publisher will be able to download the API of the website.

ADMINISTRATOR MODE

a. Administrator Login Module

Administrator will be able to login to administrative panel by using a provided username and password.

b. User profile management Module

Admin will be able to manage all the advertisers and publishers profile over the website and able to add/edit/delete any user from the

site.

c. Content Management System Module:

In this module, Admin will be able to manage all the content of the site and able to edit/delete/ add any content over the site. Add Content: Admin would be able to add any content on the web solution.

Edit Content: Admin would be able to edit any content on the site. Delete Content: Admin would be able to delete any content over the site. Milestone Breakup: Estimated Cost: $1200(USD) 1. - Project designing: Once the project is awarded to us, we will ask for your design preferences and prepare first sample

accordingly. You can suggest changes in that sample after reviewing it. And this process will be continued till you approve the

design.

- Graphic Designing, look and feel: The design will also include graphic design part along with the general layout.

- Functionality Coding: The server side scripting would be done using x code and the database management tool used will be

SQL.

- One time Product Deployment on Users server: The project scope includes uploading the completed website to Users server

from our development server, once the programming work is complete and approved.

- Easy to use: The project will be easy to use for both mobile and website user.

- Cross browser Compatibility: This website will be compatible with all browser like internet explorer, Mozilla, Google chrome

Promptly sending us hosting, FTP, log report login details for scheduled progress of the project.

If a problem arises due to any changes made in code by you, during development process, it will not be our responsibility.

Fixing that problem will be treated additional work and charged accordingly.
