We would like to submit the following information, clarification and documents etc forclosure of EDS generated on 21" Nov 2018:

1. The detail of products mentioned in column 8.2 of Form-2 with complete massbalance is enclosed (Annexure-A)

2. The potential consumers of our washed coal shall be lron & Steel Plants(Annexure-B), Power Plants(Annexure-C), Cement Plants (Annexure-D), andOther Consumers.

a. The copy of MOUs executed with some of our prospecting job providersfor processing of Raw Coal are enclosed {Annexure'E (Colly)}

b. The copy of MOUs executed with some of our prospecting buyers forpurchase of reject coal are enclosed {Annexure-F (Colly)}

It is respectfully submitted that we have made sincere efforts for execution of MOUswith some of our prospecting consumers {Annexure-G (Colly)}; but mosttheprospecting job providers of raw coal and procurers of reject coal have shown theirinability for execution of MOUs until actual establishment of coal washery at Village:Batari, Tahsil: Katghora, District: Korba, in the State of Chhattisgarh for avoidingpossible future investigation and complications etc. lt is further submitted that some ofour prospecting consumers company's matter is pending adjudication before NationalCompany Law Tribunal for corporate restructuring under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy

constituted; during the pendency of matter, the company cannot interred into any fresh

agreement and/or executed MOUs.

ln the aforesaid facts and circumstances; we humbly request for waiver of MOUs

conditions for consideration of our proposal by the EAC, we undertake to abide by all

environment compliances, as suggested by the EAC committee and/or MoEFCC forgrant of Environment Clearance for our proposed Coal washery project.

Please find the aforesaid information, clarification and documents etc in order and

request to close the generated EDS dated 21't Nov 2018 and put the matter before EAC

in next agenda for further consideration.

NOW THEREFORE, the "CGC&PL" and the "VGL" have agreed to execute this MoU on the

following terms, assurances and commitment:

1. That; the 'cGc&PL" has agreed to process arouno 1O5OO metric tons per month of

Indigenous Raw coal and the "CGC&PL" has agreed to process the said quantity from

"vGL" in their proposed coal Benification / coal washery Plant'

z. That, the terms & condition etc for such process will be mutually decided time to time

by the ,.cGC&pl"and the 'vGL" and separate agreement / contract note in this regard

will be executed / issued in due time'

3. That, the ,,CGC&pL"shall obtain all the necessary, desirable and mandatory clearance

and permission etc for processing of Indigenous Raw Coal of "VGL" in the proposed Coal

Benification I Coal Washery Plant and similarly "VGL" shall obtain all the necessary,

desirable and mandatory clearance and permission etcfor processing of Indigenous Raw

Coal in the proposed Coal Benification I Coal Washery Plant of 'CGC&PL"'

4. That, the validity period of this MOU is upto 31-'t March 2O?1 and the same shall be

Auction / Forward Auction / Spot Auction etc and desirous to process their Indigenous Raw

Coal in "CGC&PL" proposed 2x2 MTPA Coal Beneficiation I Coal Washery Plant'

Now THERFORE, the,.cGC &pL- and the "sAppIJ" have agreed to execute this MoU on

the following terms, assurances and commitment:

1. That; ..CGC&PL,, has agreed to process around 9345 metric tons per month of

Indigenous Raw coal and the "CGC&PL" has agreed to process the said quantity of

Kusmunda and Other Coal mines of South Eastern Coalfield Limited under their existing /

AND WHEREAS "SAPPL" is having 16 MW capacity Power plant and desirous topurchase coal reject from "cGC&PL" for their captive consumption.

NOW THERFORE, the "CGC&PL" and the "SAPPL" have agreed to execute this MOUon the following terms, assurances and commitment:

1 ' That; the "CGC&PL" has agreed to supply about 4166 metric tons per month of coalreject to "CGC&PL" and the "SAPPL" has agreed to purchase the said quantity from..CGC&PL''.

2. That, the terms & condition etc for such sale / purchase will be mutually decided timeto time by the "CGC&PL" and the "SAPPL" and separate agreement / contract notein this regards will be executed / issr_red in due time.

3. That, the "CGC&PL" shall obtain all the necessary, desirable and mandatoryclearance and permission etc for supply of "Coal Reject" to "SAppL', and similarly"SAPPL" shall obtain all the necessary, desirable and mandatory clearance andpermission etc for purchase of "coal Reiect" from "cGC&pL L".

4. That, the validity period of this MOU is up to 3l't March 2021 andthe same shall beextended for such further period, on the mutually agreed terms and condition, asagreed between parties.

we belong to prestigious "Nakoda Group" of companies (www.nakodagroup.com) and are in process

for establishment of 2*2 MTPA Capacity Coal Washery Plant (Wet Process) nearer to operational coal

mines of South Eastern Coalfield Limited at Village: Batari, Tahsil: Katghora, District: Korba in the State

of Chhattisgarh. The Govt of Chhatfisgarh has provided requisite lands for our proposed unit and have

executed MoU with our company (Annexure-A).

Under the provision of EIA notification, the MoEFCC has issued ToR for our proposed 2*2 MTPA Coal

Washery (Annexure-B) and public hearing was successfully concluded on 07th Feb 2018 (Annexure-C)'

We are in process for obtaining Environmental Clearance from MoEFCC under the prevailing rules and

regulations. and in the process, the MoEFCC has sought MOU with the existing / proposed plant

desirous to purchase washery reject coal for their captive consumption

We are aware that you are running industries in Chhattisgarh and might be in need of Washery Reject

Coal from Coal Washery situated nearer to Coal mines of South Eastern Coalfield Limited, thus we

hereby offer for supply and sale of Washery Reject Coal on competitive rate to your esteemed

organisation, hence request you to please execute MOU with our company for procurement / purchase

of washery reject coal for your captive consumptions.
