BSL-3 virology lab built to BSL-4 standards; constructed with a combination of glazed block and FRP walls with Sanirails; MMA flooring in hallways with acid-resistant brick/compound flooring with chemical resistant grout in cage areas, labs and support spaces; 17' floor to joist clear heights; separate and secured loading/dock area
