Spring Cleaning — Beyond Cobwebs & Dusting
For many people spring evokes the need
to air out your rooms, super-clean everything
from carpet to ceiling and start fresh! But the
best spring cleaning may include more than
just a thorough mopping and throwing open
the windows. Think of spring as the time to
re-evaluate and organize your health, well-
being and safety needs as well as your wants
and dreams.
Organize Your Health,
Well-Being and Safety:
Check-in with your health goals. Do a health
check in with your doctor, nurses, caregivers or
family members. If it has been a while since
you’ve gotten a physical or reevaluated your
health goals, now is a great time to do so!
Schedule an appointment with your physician
today!
Locate & organize important health & legal
documents. Is the monthly bill paying process
too burdensome? Visit your bank and ask to
be set up with automatic bill pay. Do your chil-
dren/personal representatives have access to
your financial holdings should there be an
emergency? Where did your passport ‘run off’
to, and does it need to be renewed for the big
trip still in your future?
Tidy Up Your Wants & Dreams:
Check-in with your life goals. Spring is a great
time to take stock of where you are in the jour-
ney of life. It is never too late to plan and
dream. What have you always wanted to do?
Make plans now! Include a budget, steps to
success and a timeline to complete your
project. Then get out and grab your dream!
Happy Spring (Cleaning) Everyone!

Resident Spotlight:
Please welcome to our commu-nity, Carolyn D. Carolyn met her husband Don through a cousin of hers in 1961. For their first date they went for coffee, and been together ever since. This year will be 55 years. Carolyn and Don have 2 boys and 5
grandchildren. Carolyn and Don love to get in their motor home and drive to the coast, where they camped at thousand trails. They enjoy going to the casino’s and gambling. Don said, “I would make sure we kept a budget for the both of us, but of course, Carolyn spent hers and some of his,” he said with a big grin on his face. They are very close and still enjoy each others company, more now then ever. Please be kind and welcome our newest member to our com-munity.
