Registration will not be accepted the day of the luncheon. Swim Lessons Adult group learn to swim lessons are available at the Roswell Adult Aquatic Center through Neverland Aquatics. All classes have a 1:4 teacher to student ratio. Beginner Course: no prerequisite, teaches water entry/exit, changing position in the water, breath control and submerging, treading and safety, floating on front and back, stroke basics for freestyle, breaststroke, elementary backstroke, and side stroke. Intermediate Course: improve breath control for stroke, effectiveness and efficiency of freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, but- terfly, elementary backstroke, and side stroke. Increase fitness and endurance; treading and safety. Must be able to freestyle and backstroke for15 yards and submerge head. 9 a.m., $10This is the site of the last
Civil War battle in the Atlanta area. We will
walk along a scenic area by Lake Allatoona.
Red Top Mountain State Park
March 27th, 9 a.m., $10A scenic area by the
Etowah River as it feed into Lake Allatoona.
Unicoi State Park/Anna Ruby Falls
April 17th, 9 a.m., $10We will walk from
downtown Helen to Unicoi State Park. We will have lunch at the
park. After lunch the bus will take us to Anna Ruby Falls. Please bring your National Park Parking Pass. In case it is not
accepted on the bus be prepared to pay a $3.00
fee per person.
All hikes depart from the Adult Recreation Center.

If you are looking for a group of active adults aged fifty and over to travel and socialize with, the Roswell Ramblers want YOU! The Roswell Ramblers is a membership organization of
active individuals who are interested in developing and participating in social, recreational, cultural and educational programs. They plan activities for the mutual benefit of citizens aged
fifty and over in Roswell and surrounding areas. Activities include trips, parties, social functions, business meeting luncheons, publishing the club newsletter, program planning and volunteer opportunities. Rambler members are offered the opportunity to take an active role
in planning activities for the club.
A $15 membership fee is valid from July 1 through June 30 each year.All checks for Ramblers’ membership should be made payable to “City of Roswell.”
