Keynote SpeakerTalk to Me!! Quality Care Through Staff-to-Staff CommunicationPresented by Diana Waugh, RN, BSN, Waugh ConsultingSponsored by:

Communication among all staff disciplines is one of the keys to resident-centered care. Being able to express yourself and be heard no matter what the situation is a critical part of being effective in your job. This keynote will discuss the “5Ws of Communication,” which lead to successful exchanges, and ultimately better, resident care. The presenter will focus on motivations that impact behaviors – both from a staff perspective as well as a resident perspective.
