• Bi-weekly, later weekly, all-SPOT phone calls
• One-on-one calls with Bill Kelm and OCLC to test NCIP --> Alma
• Buddy Cohort 1 library NRE --> Alma --> NRE testing phone calls
• End-to-end testing with each Cohort 1 library
