Twenty Four Hour SupportMost of our resorts will have a representativeavailable or a direct contact in case you have any questions whilst on tour. We also provide a 24-hour, 365 days a year emergency support service.

availability. We can then reserve your accommodation for two weeks without any financial commitment.

2 To reserve your accommodation for a further four weeks, we will need a holding deposit of £250. This will then give you time to collect the remaining deposits of £30 per person (UK tournaments) or £45 per person (European Tours).

3 Once we have received the full deposits and booking form, we will send you a booking information pack with confirmation invoice. Full payment is due up to eight weeks prior to departure. Your final tour documents will be available around two weeks before departure when all your tour details are complete. Please note the above booking procedure applies to bookings made before the 1st February.

Your club can take part in our exciting tournaments in England and Walesduring Easter & Mayday holidays. In order to qualify, your team(s) must beaffiliated to a County or Schools RugbyAssociation.

How the TournamentWorksOur aim is to provide all teams with the maximum amount of rugbypermitted by the relevant RugbyAssociation rules. The group winners and runner-upsusually go forward to the quarter orsemi-final knockout stages. The formatof each tournament will vary accordingto the number of teams entered in eachage group.

First aid at GroundsEither the St. John Ambulance, The British Red Cross or qualified firstaiders and paramedics with ambulancewill be in attendance and will provideemergency first aid.

onwards and check into youraccommodation from 4pm. Early evening there will be awelcome meeting for all GroupLeaders and Team Managers. Restof evening at leisure. We havearranged for your holiday centre toprovide a varied eveningentertainment programme.

day 2 The first group games of thecompetition take place. Use any freetime at local attractions. Once more,evening entertainment is provided atyour Holiday Centre.

day 3 Continuation of group games,knockout stages followed by thefinals. Presentation party will takeplace during the evening whereevery participant receives a medalfrom a famous rugby celebrity withsuperb trophies for winners.

day 4 Vacate accommodation by 10am.

all games are refereed to a High StandardAll matches are officiated by qualifiedreferees. Our referees have been checked bythe CRB (Criminal Records Bureau).Wherever possible, qualified assistantreferees will be provided and once you reachthe semi-finals and grand-finals three qualifiedofficials will be present.

Pitchside PresentationsApart from our fun-packed celebrity presentations on the final evening we also provide pitchside presentations. These are incredibly excitingevents as the winning teams celebrate with theirvictory laps, creating an unforgettable atmosphere! Please note: at some of our venuesthe presentation of the awards will take place atthe grounds.

Festival InformationOur established two-day tournament will takeplace at Poole Rugby Club. The club has atotal of nine full size, midi and mini pitches.The club has a licensed clubhouse with bar,kitchen, changing rooms, plus there will be a marquee. Poole Rugby Club is located justfive minutes drive from the holiday centre andis the perfect location for a rugby festival. Entries are expected from Wales, Ireland &England. Teams will play up to the maximumpermitted minutes per day as stipulated byThe RFU.

Teams will play up tothe maximum permitted minutes per day.

Our Camber Sands Rugby Festival is likeno other event your team will ever enter.

Firstly, teams aged under 9’s to 13 years willplay at the nearby turf farm where they growgrass for famous rugby, football stadiums andgolf courses. Your team will actually play onbrand new rugby pitches, which have neverbeen played on previously. At the venue,there are marquees, bars and food outlets.The under 7, 8, 14 & 15’s festival is played atRye Rugby Club. Secondly, we provide a freebus service to both grounds from CamberSands Holiday Park, which takes just sevenminutes. And with up to 20 teams per agegroup, we believe this will be the best rugbytournament your team has ever entered. Whilst on tour, keeping the kids busy will notbe a problem with onsite facilities andentertainment along with famous CamberSands beach situated just across the road. One or Two Day FestivalsWe have a selection of one and two day Festivals taking place in Holland, France, Belgium, Italy and Spain. If you participate in a one day Festival on the other day wecan arrange an extra friendly match for yourteam or you may wish to use the free time for excursions.

Festival RulesFestivals are played according to IRB and host country’s RFU rules and regulations. Occasionally, Festival organisers may introduce additional rules with permissionfrom their Rugby Football Union.

ExcursionsWhilst on tour there will be an opportunity tovisit famous stadiums, theme parks andplaces of interest. If you are travelling by air,there is a fee to hire the coach for excursions.We recommend excursions arepre-booked so we can provide you with pref-erential rates. > It is a condition of entering our Festivals, thateveryone within your group must book theiraccommodation arrangements through SportsTours (please refer to our booking conditions -within our insert for more information).Accommodation is in apartments, chalets andholiday homes. The tour description tells youwhat to expect and the maximum sleepingcapacity (‘berths’) of the accommodation unit.

> Children under 21 may only occupy self-contained units if accompanied by at least oneparent.

> A typical 6-berth unit consists of two bedrooms, a lounge/dining area (with a convertible doublesofa bed), kitchenette (see below) and a showerwith wc.

> An 8-berth unit is the same as above andusually has one additional bedroom or two sofabeds in the lounge area (suitable for children).

> Most units contain at least one double bed. If you require these beds for single occupancy,you must inform us when booking as an under-occupancy supplement will apply.

> All our holiday homes have kitchenettes. Theyare designed for cooking simple or light meals.Typically, kitchenettes have a two-ring gas orelectric hob, sink unit and a fridge. An adequatethough limited range of pots, pans, cutlery andother utensils is supplied. If any items are worn,missing or damaged, please notify receptionwhose responsibility it is to replace them.

> On check-in, you may be asked to sign aninventory listing the items supplied. This may bechecked on your departure and you will have topay for missing or damaged items. It is in yourown interests therefore to check the list carefullyon arrival before signing it and to report anymissing or damaged items immediately.

> Electricity is included in the price of yourapartment or holiday home at most of ourholiday centres. If you are staying in Classic orPopular apartments at Pontin’s Camber SandsBrean Sands, Prestatyn Sands or Southporttokens need to be purchased to acquireelectricity.

> Electricity cards must be purchased for allaccommodation at Hemsby Beach andSummerfields Holiday Centres.

> All holiday centres include bed linen but not towels.

> Club passes included. Festivals are usuallyplayed at a different location to the HolidayCentre and you are expected to make your owntransport arrangements.

Facilities Available> There will be a moderate charge for most

sports, leisure and other facilities. Openingtimes and dates vary between each resort andsome facilities may not be available at certaintimes.

Luggage> Everyone is responsible for getting his or her

own luggage from the car or coach to youraccommodation.

What your UK Tour Price Includes> Accommodation from 16:00hrs on the day of

arrival until 10:00hrs on the day of departure for the number of nights specified.

> Use of swimming pool at holiday village plusfree facilities as specified. There may be a smallcharge (pay locally) for use of other facilities.

> Membership of the resort social club.

Empty Beds> All our tour prices are based on full occupancy

of accommodation. An unused bed supplementof £18 per empty bed per night is applicable atall centres.

Security Deposit> All our UK Holiday Centres require groups with

any teams aged U13 and above to pay asecurity deposit. This amount will be includedon your final invoice and will be refunded twoweeks from the completion of your holiday(providing your accommodation and fittingsremain in the same condition as when youarrived).

> All teams staying at Bournemouth must pay a security deposit.

> Accommodation at our holiday parks is eitherbungalows, villas or mobile homes. The tourdescription tells you the maximum sleeping capacity(‘berths’) of each unit.

> Children under 18 may only occupy self-containedunits if accompanied by at least one adult who isover 25 years of age.

> 4-berth units consist of two bedrooms,lounge/dining area, kitchenette (see below) and shower/wc.

> 6-berth units consist of three bedrooms,lounge/dining area, kitchenette (see below) and two separate shower/wc’s.

> 7/8-berth units consist of four bedrooms, a lounge/dining area, kitchenette (see below) and two separate shower/wc’s.

> All self-catering units have kitchenettes. They aredesigned for cooking simple or light meals andtypically have a two-ring gas or electric hob, sinkunit and fridge. > Please note: If your matches are played in theevening (typically on midweek tours), you will begiven lunch instead of dinner if booked on half-board basis.

Accommodation Supplements for Bungalow Parks:> The prices quoted in our brochure at some resorts

are based on groups staying in 6 berthaccommodation units. Should you require 4 or 5berth units, the following supplements will apply:-

Groups Consisiting of 49 Plus Persons> Once your arrangements are confirmed,

we will then book your executive coach for theactual number of persons indicated. Should yournumbers decrease at a later date, cancellationcharges will be incurred and if weare unable to alteryour vehicle type, additional empty seatsupplements will apply.

Luggage> Everyone is responsible for getting his or her own

luggage from the coach to your accommodation. > Airlines impose a limit on the amount of luggage

they will allow each passenger to carry. This limitwill be shown on your tickets.There are also certainrestrictions on the items that can be carried as handluggage/hold luggage. Pease ask at the time ofbooking or contact the airline direct for furtherdetails.

Travelling by Coach, what your price includes> Prices are based on group size of 40 or more with

full accommodation occupancy.> Return coach travel from one central pick-up point

in England or Wales to your resort.> Use of the coach in resort for transport to/from your

fixtures optional stadium visit or excursion (excludesentry fees) by coach up to 60 miles round trip.(Subject to driver’s permissable working hours).

> Our double decker executive coaches seat groupsfrom 50 to 74 persons.These coaches will besubject to a supplement if full seating capacity is notachieved. On some occasions, two 49 seaterexecutive vehicles may be used and empty seatsupplements do also apply should less than 40persons travel on each vehicle.

> Return ferry crossing via Dover/Calais. Other routes are available at a supplement, please contact our office.

> Accommodation in resort from 15:00hrs on the dayof arrival until 10:00hrs on the day of departure forthe number of nights specified on the holiday price table.

Security Deposit> All our European resorts require each group to pay

Pleasenote some of our accommodation suppliers insist on groups paying an additional deposit on arrival in resort to cover breakages and unacceptablebehavior.
