It is situated in the South of Germany and very well accessible by all means of transport. Due to our splendid contacts with top international and national athletes we were able to acquire a lot of know-how and experience regarding the technical treatment of sports injuries.ORTEMA has been involved in protection and prevention for quite a few years. The P1 Dynamic consists of modern breathable fabrics for maximum comfort and excellent ventilation properties. The back area is protected against high impacts from the outside by a large protector shield. The back protector by the EN 1621-2 level 2, consists of several layers of a new viscoelastic memory foam, which allows a very high energy absorption even at low temperatures. The breathable 3D mesh fabric on the inside provides in combination with the ventilation holes in the protector shield a permanent air circulation and thus contributes to the active temperature and humidity control. The elastic shoulder straps provide a maximum comfort and offer individual settings on the kidney belt by the large bottom velcro. To protect the spine area against sharp and pointed objects a special polystyrene penetration protection.

It is supplied with a kidney belt which is fastened by a Velcro strap. The P1 Light protects from blows and harder crashes. X-PanTS LP (Long Protection). These tight-fitting pants are made of a material allowing for humidity exchange and protectors that allow for the full range of movement whilst protecting the region of the hip. Due to the tight fit combined with very good wearing comfort there is practically no slipping of the protector pads in the case of a crash. A tailbone protector increases safety. The unique material the protectors are made of guarantees very high shock absorbing qualities. Soft during movement because the air in the material can escape through the capillaries. In the case of impact however the material gets hard due to the compressed air and so protects the hip.

In the X-PanTS LP the hip / thigh protectors are fixed perma-nently to the pants.

The technical structure of the Lumbo-X was conceived to meet sport-orthopedic criteria. It mainly consists of a meshmaterial that guarantees an up to 80% improved humidity exchange compared to formerly used materials. Integra-ted stabilizing belts provide a perfect fit and good support in every situation. The new “Ortho-Tech Protection System” was specifically developed to reduce external forces and protect the lower part of the spinal column. An integrated link chain follows the movement of the body to the front while preventing an overstretching to the back and this allows for a maximum of movement combined with a high safety factor.
