Spinning is an aerobic exercise and legs

mostly, but the teacher can monitor or by

changing the cadence and resistance to

movement, all kinds of intensities. Gymnastics

is a very adaptable to the level of the student,

it can be as simple as a quiet or tiring to ride for

a professional cyclist.

METHOD FOR OPERATING A SPINNING

1. Get on the spinning bike. Place one foot on the nearest you and swing your other leg over

the seat pedal.

handlebar to create a perfect fit, which is important. By properly adjusting the bike, you get all the

benefits of spinning movements and will minimize the risk of injury.

If you are a beginner make sure you get to class at least 15 minutes early to talk to your instructor

about bicycle safety and the adjustment procedure.

Remember pedal at your own pace and learn the movements sitting before advancing to the

foot movements and jumps. Always stay in control and focused on your position.

Abdominal classic:

E-SCORESHEET E-scoresheet allows you to automatically enter the information into the volley ball match scoresheet.

E-scoresheet has been developed to help the scorer during the match scoring while following all the

game phases in the different situations that can occur during a match.

E-scoresheet has been developed to guarantee a complete check, reliability and the univocal

correspondence of data:

Referees, Teams, Players and Members are always identified by their own ID number;

The specific parameters of the competitions are set on a ”central level” in order to avoid

mistakes and personal initiatives of scorers.

E-scoresheet covers all the game situations that can happen during a match. At the end of a match the

With a simple operations we can use Excel from Microsoft to count the points in a soccer tournament,

the first step is register the teams, next you can know the total of goals with de good goals minus the

bad goals.

Use the program is very easy, you only register the number of goals of each match and you can see
