UNDERWRITING & IN-KIND DONATIONSOur goal is to underwrite all Race expenses through both cash and in-kind contributions, ensuring that maximum funding can go directly to the fight against breast cancer. Items and services essential to event production are valued at 100% of fair market value while items and services requested by Komen that enhance our events are valued at 50% of fair market value. The value of in-kind contributions will be agreed upon between Affiliate and Sponsor. In-kind contributions are recognized at varying levels based on the sponsorship.

CIRCLE OF PROMISE FASHION SHOW | JUNE 15, 2019 We celebrate our African American breast cancer community with a luncheon that provides educational tips and a fashion show featuring local African American designers, stylists and breast cancer survivor models. DINE OUT FOR THE CURE | OCTOBER 17, 2019Restaurants, bakeries and coffee houses across San Diego County band together to end breast cancer by donating a portion of their proceeds for the day. Expected Restaurants: 50 Locations | $100-$15,000
ROW FOR THE CURE | OCTOBER 27, 2019 Together with UC San Diego Rowing, this event draws participants from various forms of watercraft including— rowing, canoeing, outrigger canoeing, dragon boats, kayaking and SUPing. The course takes place throughout Mission Bay, with the event expo located in North Ski Beach across from Crown Point Shores. Expected Attendance: 1,000 | Sponsor Levels: $250-$7,500
