The annual Moonlight Markets continue to deliver an exceptional experience for the whole family. With an average nightly attendance of 10,000 people from all over metropolitan Adelaide and outer lying areas. The Moonlight Markets at Thorndon Park are truly first class and are regarded as one of the largest market offerings in South Australia.

Planning has commenced for the 2017/2018 season and we are looking to develop a partnership with your business. Council wants to ensure the Moonlight Markets deliver a family event that supports local businesses, encourages tourism, showcases our business partners and local talent.

MOONLIGHT MARKETS

Dates

The 2017/2018 Moonlight Markets will be held on the following dates:

Location

Thorndon Park is valued for its natural, native landscape, vast open space, as a place for people to come together and enjoy for leisure and informal activity. It is a memory-making place and provides the community with an idyllic, natural oasis or retreat in an urban environment.

Now in the sixth year, the annual Campbelltown Moonlight Markets continue to deliver a fun filled event for all ages.

This free family event is held in Thorndon Park, Paradise on the first Friday of November, December, February and March each year, from 6pm - 10pm.

Each Market features over 100 artisan craft and fashion stalls and showcases the Flavours of Campbelltown Food Trail vendors. Music and entertainment are enjoyed by the crowd, with craft activities and a large playground for the children.

In the 2016/2017 market season, nearly 130 surveys were collected from visitors, providing valuable details for future planning of the markets.


In support of this signature event the Campbelltown City Council is offering exclusive sponsorship opportunities to selected partners.

These markets attract over 40,000 visitors annually and inject approximately $1 million into the local economy of Campbelltown.
