Please join the Corey C. Griffin Foundation in taking positive action in our community. The pandemic has seen an unprecedented increase in the number of families requesting aid through our programs. Social unrest across the country has stepped up our intervention alongside the Boston Police Department’s community outreach to build bridges in the community. Now more than ever, the children in our programs, who we lovingly call “Corey’s Kids” need our help and assistance. We’ve responded swiftly and directly, and we need your help to continue to meet that need.

I am honored to be on the 2020 CoreyFest committee and I’m reaching out to ask for your sponsorship consideration. CoreyFest 2020 will be held on Saturday, October 17th at the Marshfield Drive-In. This year’s event will go down in history as one of our most memorable, and we’d love for you to be a part of it. “Corey’s Kids” need us now more than ever!

We look forward to making this evening of fun and philanthropy a big success. Event proceeds will benefit our Corey’s Kids programming, primarily our COVID-19 efforts. We cannot do this alone and we ask for your support.

Our headliner artist is Chris Young! He will be projected onto the 60’ screen with an exclusive performance and personal messages about CoreyFest and the Foundation. There will be a LIVE opening act on stage by Boston’s own Dalton & the Sheriffs!

Please know that we’re committed to providing you with maximum branding exposure, including a sponsor video, on site recognition, pre- and post-event coverage in email blasts and social media, and more. Furthermore, you’ll have preferential parking and amenities at the event. Anyone who is unable to attend in-person will have the option to participate remotely.

CRITICAL SUPPORT NEEDED FOR COREY’S KIDS RIGHT NOW:The COVID-19 crisis has affected all of society, but it has disproportionately affected the low-income communities we primarily serve. The financial and mental health impact has been significant. Our pandemic support includes the following:

• Providing reusable masks for children and families who need them.• Providing low-income and food insecure families with groceries and supplies through the “Feed Our

Neighbors” program.• Supporting the Kids’ Healthy Minds Initiative at Franciscan Children’s Hospital, providing critical mental health

response in these unprecedented times.• Supporting the creation of safe academic enrichment activities for children such as: Girls’ STEM program and

“Purpose and Leadership Journey” run in conjunction with the Ron Burton Training Village, • Stepping up our intervention alongside the Boston Police Department’s Bureau of Community Engagement to

build bridges in the community in response to the social unrest across the country through the “We Belong” and GROW programs.

Additionally, plans and funding continues on the Corey Griffin House at Boston Children’s Hospital. There is a critical need for housing for families of patients undergoing long-term treatment.
