OVERVIEWSTAMPEDE ROUNDUP

The Stampede Roundup incorporates an outdoor music festival format with Calgary’s largest corpo-rate Stampede party, featuring performances by three internationally acclaimed recording artists.

Each year, The Stampede Roundup raises a substantial donation for the Rotary Club of Calgary, which invests 100% of the proceeds into the local community through a variety of charitable contributions. $225,000 was raised

at the 2014 event!

The Stampede Roundup is a corporate event servicing downtown corporate Calgarians. Our primary demo-graphic is 35-44 with spillover from 25-54. The Stampede Roundup is a fully licensed event and entry is not per-mitted to anyone under the legal age of 18. Our musical artists, our service levels and the final guest experience will always reflect positively on the event, the charity and

our sponsors.

The Stampede Roundup is a “private party” for the cli-ents, employees, business associates, staff, friends, & families of the sponsors of the event. Marketing is done internally by the sponsors through a variety of methods and in the last few years the event has sold out within a

few hours of going on sale.

corporate Stampede breakfasts, The Stampede Roundup is Calgary’s larg-

est corporate Stampede party featuring world-class entertainment. The Stampede Roundup is now widely regarded as the “hottest ticket during Stampede”, and we are very proud of that achievement.

Over the years, The Stampede Roundup has grown to become much more than just a ‘party’. We are honoured to continue our long-standing philanthropic association with the Rotary Club of Calgary. In 2014, $225,000 was raised and the cumulative funds gen-erated to date have recently surpassed $1.7 million.

We strive to maximize the benefit to each of our partners by offering flexibility in our sponsorship packages. Whether it’s large scale employee appreciation, VIP hosting or brand exposure our sponsors are looking for, we are excited to offer a variety of options and opportunities with our packages.

RETURN ON INVESTMENT: Sponsors benefit from the consolidated business model behind the event. Each sponsor pays a fraction of the cost it would take to produce an equivalent event themselves; receiving world class entertainment, a fully licensed venue and traditional Stampede dinner served to every guest. Whatever your specific event marketing objectives are, we are committed to creating a package that delivers an excellent return on your investment.

CHARITY ASSOCIATION. The Stampede Roundup provides hosting opportunities for sponsors while benefiting the local community through our association with the Rotary Club of Calgary. This is a noble objective and adds a philanthropic angle to sponsorship to internal as well as external stakeholders.

BRAND ASSOCIATION. The Stampede Roundup sponsors benefit from associating their brands with:- A longstanding successful event,- Other blue chip sponsors,- A charity fund raiser,- Internationally acclaimed performing artists and;- The corporate Calgary demographic that attends the event.

DIFFERENTIATION. The popularity & high profile of this event sets our sponsors apart from their in-dustry competitors by providing a premier hosting opportunity during the Calgary Stampede. In addi-tion, our sponsors transfer goodwill and build relationships throughout the event with their clients and staff by associating their company with a very unique and exclusive guest experience.

REDUCTION OF INTERNAL COSTS. The Stampede Roundup is largely a turn-key event for sponsors which allows them to “pay and play”. This eliminates substantial “invisible” internal costs associated with the time and labour it takes to execute an event internally.

ELIMINATION OF LIABILITIES. As a sponsor of The Stampede Roundup, all liability associated with the event is assumed by the event producer with the exception of negligence by the sponsor.

PROFESSIONAL EXECUTION. As a sponsor of The Stampede Roundup, you will feel at ease knowing that 51 North Productions oversees the professional execution of this event and that the hospitality and food services are coordinated by the Rotary Club of Calgary. Together, these two entities ensure sponsors are always delivered a professional high quality event with which they can be proud to asso-ciate.
