EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

STANDARD EXHIBIT SPACE INCLUDES: • 10’ wide X 8’ deep draped booth • 6 ft. skirted display table; 2 chairs; wastebasket • Daily cleaning of public areas • Listing of company name and logo on the Conference website and the Program App • Attendance at Icebreaker and Sponsor Reception • Breakfast, morning and afternoon coffee breaks and lunch • Two (2) exhibitor badges per booth • Purchase of two (2) discounted registration (per booth) at 50% of the registration fee

SPACE DESIGN Breakfasts and lunches will be setup in the exhibit area. Exhibitors and sponsors will join the attendees for meals.

ADDITIONAL BADGES Sponsors may each purchase an additional 2 badges at 50% off the member price at the time of booking. These badges are to be used for additional sponsor and exhibitor representatives to participate in the conference.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE • 50% is due upon booking • Remaining due by December 31, 2017 • If booked after December 31, 2017, 100% is due at booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY Contract payments are refunded upon receipt of written notice of cancellation, according to the following terms:

• On or before December 31, 2017 contract payment refunded minus a processing fee of $250 CDN • February 1, 2018 contract payment refunded minus a processing fee of $500 CDN

• March 1, 2018 no refund of contract payment
