Special Instructions: Please bring a clean, dry pair of shoes. Dance shoes may be purchased through Dance Class, but are not required.

Ballroom ClassicsWhat most people think of when the word Ballroom is used is three dances: Waltz, Tango, and Foxtrot. Ballroom will usually focus on one of these dances, in particular American Social Foxtrot, American Waltz, and American Tango. All three of these dances are considered ‘progressive’ dances, meaning they move around the floor rather than staying in one general spot. This class is designed to teach beginners the basics and challenge already accomplished dancers.(Min. Reg. 6)Ages: Adults; Ages 16 & UpDay: Mon.Session Dates: Sept. 10-Oct. 15Oct.22-Dec. 3. (No Class 11/12)Jan.7-Feb. 25 (No Class 1/21 or 2/18)March 4-April 8 Fee: $55 for a single or $95 for a partnership (per 6 wk session)Time: 5:30-6:20pm

SwingThis class will usually focus on what is commonly known as East Coast Swing. Elements of Lindy Hop, Charleston, Jive and who knows what else may be taught as they all go together seamlessly. West Coast Swing may also be taught at student’s request, however East Coast is recommended for beginners. This class is designed to teach beginners the basics and challenge already accomplished dancers. (Min. Reg. 6)Ages: Adults; Ages 16 & UpDay: Mon.Session Dates: Sept. 10-Oct. 15Oct.22-Dec. 3. (No Class 11/12)Jan.7-Feb. 25 (No Class 1/21 or 2/18)March 4-April 8 Fee: $55 for a single or $95 for a partnership (per 6 wk session)Time: 6:30-7:20pm

Latin and Night ClubThis class will focus on fun Latin Favorites such as Salsa/Mambo, Cha Cha, Rumba, Merengue and possibly others such as Bolero. Night Club two Step will be offered to compliment these dances or may be the focus of the class if the students prefer. Night Club two Step is the perfect ballroom dance to replace the old junior high “hug and wobble.” Like all of our classes, beginners are welcome, but veteran dancers will be challenged with new techniques and elements. (Min. Reg. 6)Ages: Adults; Ages 16 & UpDay: Mon.Session Dates: Sept. 10-Oct. 15Oct.22-Dec. 3. (No Class 11/12)Jan.7-Feb. 25 (No Class 1/21 or 2/18)March 4-April 8 Fee: $55 for a single or $95 for a partnership (per 6 wk session)Time: 7:30-8:30pm
