The Law of Husbandry
and
DecayIf leaders do not consciously attend to diligence, whatever
he/she possesses and governs will prematurely decay
Accelerated aging from drug use Accelerated Urban Decay from
Neglect
If leaders do not diligently seek Allahs guidance and protection
as husbandmen-women of their followers, premature decay will surely
come.
Instantaneous Acceleration of Decay in Iraq (Destruction)We may
also call this the Law of Neglect.
This law is implicit in the thermodynamic principle of entropy
or tendency in nature towards disorder; best described as a return
to a primal energy state or chaos (i.e., unformed, created
potential).
Here we have mans call to work (i.e., to act) in order to
maintain and or improve upon whatever we acquire by Gods grace;
whether material or spiritual.
Without diligent maintenance a marriage will sink just as easily
as a poorly tended aircraft falls from the sky.
The Law of Neglect is the inverse or default determinant of the
Law of Husbandry.
Key Words Law of Husbandry (Neatness/Cleanliness/Order/Beauty)
Knowledge -- Diligence -- Skill -- Action
Possess -- Maintain -- Protect -- Responsibility
Accountability -- Preservation -- Sustainability
Law of Neglect (Shabby , Unkempt, Disorder, Unattractive)
Decay (aging) -- Premature -- Accelerated
Entropy -- Chaos -- Power -- Energy
Apathy -- Laziness -- Ignorance -- Sanctimony ?
Carelessness -- Forgetfulness -- Abandonment

Autonomy, Dominion, Dignity, Peace & SecurityAnd indeed We
did try Solomon and We placed on his throne Jasadan (a devil, so he
lost his kingdom for a while) but he did return (to his throne and
kingdom by the Grace of Allah and he did return) to Allah with
obedience and in repentance. (Ch38:30-40 Quran) key to restoration
is repentance (tauba)loss ofHusbandry is an responsibility
incumbent most especially upon leaders (Imams).
Neglect at any level of human activity fails to conserve economy
and effectively utilize resources (Gods Grace Gift), which then
causes the waste of accelerate decay a thing which Allah hates.
When leaders are not vigilant their divinely imposed liability
actually increases because :
- waste and environmental destruction increase- crimes of the
citizenry also increase. WHY?
because otherwise citizens would have little opportunity or
cause to cross the bounds as set by Allah who commanded leaders to
enforce these limitations by offices of AlHisbah Leaders are
Responsible to do their utmost to forbid evil (harm) and assure
that which is good (beneficial).
Husbandry is Hisbah
Hisbah is a broad principle of public law that entitles everyone
to take a vigilant (due diligence) attitude towards corruption and
abuse The head of state and government officials are under an
obligation to discharge their trusts faithfully and justly:
No servant of God to whom God has made custodian over others
dies without this predicament: God will forbid the countenance of
paradise to him if he has died while betraying those who were in
his custody. Muslim, Mukhtasar Sahih Muslim, p.329, # 1226
Taken from The Dignity of Man, by Mohd. Hashim Kamali, Ilmiah
Pub. 2002, p. 58.This applies to husbands (Imams) who lie to wives
and/or neglect them and their children.Allah SWT intended for Islam
to prevent human neglect and recurring social disorder and decay by
perfectly designing the Islam of Prophet Mohammad (pbh) to do so.
The Law of SubmissionThose who do not submit to God submit to
misguidance. Hence, there is no divine help for them.
Even if thou (O Muhammad) desirest their right guidance, still
Allah assuredly will not guide him who misleadeth [leaders who
lie]. Such have no helpers. [An-Nahl, vs. 37]
People With No Help From AllahThe Quran says that Allah gives
such people jinn for walliyah.
Such people receive no help from God, neither in this world nor
on the Day of Judgment.
Temporal respite is the only grace available to them -- a
hopeless situation filled with endless trouble.Exceptions :
compliant servants of righteous men & women;
communities submitted to such people:Divine Help No Divine

Leadership: Baghdad (twice)When Meccan army of 10,000 attacked,
Allah caused a severe storm to discourage , disorient and dissuade
them from their purpose.
Had this not happened, they would have bridged the ditch. In the
day of Genghis Khan
In the Day of George Bush
Palestine you may ask?
Like Omar Mukhtar, they await a concerted effort by the Muslim
Ummah whose leadership is presently misguided. This is but a trial,
a test for all Muslims. The MisguidedThose who perform ritual but
take little thought of moral imperatives beyond their paycheck.
These folk do not live their faith with conviction -- they are like
the Desert Arabs.
decent people who follow commonly acceptable patterns of living
but seek not the things or knowledge of God with due diligence.
They rarely pray with comprehension or attend communal prayers
often not knowing what they recite or why and accept the illusion
of safety that conformity provides. The Law of
Submission:ConclusionComplacent communities that do not rise to the
command (i.e., Guidance) of preventing evil (hisbah) or migrating
from its dominion (hijrah) will certainly not be spared the
judgment of Gods Hammer : No Divine HelpThe Law of Faithfulness
If a people are unfaithful in prayer or in sustaining the
welfare of the poor and helpless or in the enjoining of good and
the forbidding of evil, God will substitute another people in their
place.
If you turn your backs, God will substitute another people for
you who will not be like you. (9: 38) implicationFaithless Leaders
and/or People will be replaced
at the discretion of The Almighty. This same substitution
(replacement) happens in marriage, in business and professionally
so why not in religion? Turning the back is cowardice in the face
of an enemy.
We admire even the brave heathen who dies facing his enemy;
hence, what can be said for Muslims who neglect AlHisbah or join
the ranks of Gods enemies?
Generally speaking, Muslims are faithful to prayer but evidence
for their attendance to social welfare through justice by ensuring
good and preventing evil is not readily admissible.
Points to PonderGod is the most serious of business partners and
has no intention of supporting the metaphysical usury of His
contract with His slaves.
This is why He promises guidance only to the sincere of
heart.
Faithfulness has no substitute or compromise.
Ask your spouse or consider what would happen if the sun went
a-lusting after planets in the next solar system!
The Law of Mercy
Unless a man is amenable to self-reproach, empathy and
compassion, he cannot receive Gods mercy.
Gods Mercy is ContingentProphet Isa (Jesus) said it differently:
unless a man is regenerated from above, he cannot enter the Kingdom
of Heaven
or love your neighbor as you love yourself. Mercy is the
grace-gift of forgiveness and restoration (i.e., restitution) **
Born-Again is a common and popular mistranslation for regenerated
(purified) from above
a mans repentance or remorse for the error of his way;
a similar empathy towards his fellows;
and reverence for his superiors.
Anti-gravitation to earth The Relation of Faith-fullness to
MercySinIbrahim & Fitrahan abject immersion in materialism
without the countering restraint of spiritual truth.
manifest in the Law of Gravity:
i.e. without the Spirit or Gods Word of Command as an opposing
force , the entire Universe would collapse into a gigantic black
hole.
It is now known as the Black Force: an energy field so huge it
dwarfs all previously calculated energy in the physical universe,
including the Big Bang.
Upon reaching the age of reason, a man will look to the stars
and incline himself to things beyond the confining principles of
dense material as did Ibrahim. without actualizing the spirit of
remorse for either the loss of divine principles or memory of
pre-incarnate existence, (fitrah)he either forgets the stars or
uses them to apologize for continued error like astrologers and
magi;whereupon he continues with pleasures of material gains under
imagined auspices.
Remorse & MercyGrace & Repentancea man of faith will
experience profound remorse for his lack of spiritual guidance and
will begin his search for God.
In response to this activation of faith, in mercy, God runs to
meet this man and reveals Himself for the sole purpose of the mans
restoration to His Kingdom.
The man of faith continually and quickly turns in repentance
after every error or sin, upon which God forgives and restores the
man to His Grace in mercy, according to sincerity. Each time a
person turns in repentance to seek Gods forgiveness and mercy they
seek the restoration of lost grace.
if a man lacks understanding, each time he turns his query to
God with a sincere heart God grants an answer according to the mans
ability.Hypocrisy (i.e., Insincerity), Ignorance & Repentance:
their relationship to MercyInsincerityThe practice of daily prayers
is the discipline that should help us to acquire mercy continually,
but because of hypocrisy (insincerity) and ignorance (prayer
without understanding) it fails because the Lord requires an
informed sincerity of heart rather than the vain ambition of
beggars.Allah requires an informed sincerity of heart
and not the vain ambition of untutored beggars gravitating to
the earth while desiring material things rather than the mercy of
Gods forgiveness and the inspiration of knowledge that improves
his/her ability to attain and maintain human dignity with skill
(action) and equanimity an estate which Allah grants in Mercy.
