Spion Construction Company Ltd was incorporated under the
Companies Act (Cap 486) laws of Kenya in 1994 and that the Company is LIMITED. It is also registered as an approved General Building Contractor

Spion Construction Company Ltd is owned and managed by Board of Directors which consists of the Shareholders whereby Mr. Daniel Kioko is the Managing
