What is ?

is a central heating additive that saves up to 15% of heating costs.

• Independently Tested

• Easy To Install (10 minutes per property)

• No disturbance to building or maintenance requirements

• Flexible & Scalable to ANY wet heating system (1% dosage)

• 100% Organic (Carbon Payback 1 day)

• Non-Corrosive & Compatible with inhibitors

• Award Winning

• British innovation

How it Works?

Water has a high surface tension caused by Hydrogen Bonding!

A water molecule can form 4 hydrogen

bonds with 4 other water molecules.

A hydrogen bond in water the electrostatic attraction between a hydrogen (H) atom and a oxygen (O) that it isn’t already covalently bonded with. This gives water a high surface tension compared with other liquids.

How it Works?

Under a Microscope, Smooth Surfaces Aren’t Smooth!

The inside of plastic/metallic surfaces are full of micro-cracks and imperfections.

CommercialisingBarriers

• Scepticism from the market. Snake Oil Salesmen.

• Simplicity of Product. ‘If its that simple why has nobody done it before’ or ‘If it sounds too good to be true

it probably is’

• Variabilities in Heating Demand in real life sites (Occupancy / Weather / Controls)

• Lack of Test Protocols for testing.

• Lack of Support / Guidance (Marketing:- What can we claim).

Challenges

• Provide accurate testing both in tests and live buildings. (FREE – TO – FIT Installs / Moneyback guarantees)

• Confirm compatibility with existing chemistries and boiler manufacturers

Unexpected Successes

• Frameworks for Innovations. 2 Degrees / M&S Big Innovation Pitch / Wates Innovation.

EndoTherm was one of those products that on the face of it seem too good to be true, often after further assessment discussions or pilots this turns out to be the case. Meeting with Endo Enterprises and Peace Marsh it was clear that this wasn’t one of those solutions and certainly warranted further assessment.

The project certainly hasn’t disappointed, installation was extremely simple and savings have by far exceeded our initial expectations. The installation at Lingley Mere has been a huge success and is continuing to realise savings month on month. The real potential for EMCOR UK and United Utilities now is to roll out across the remaining 351 sites managed on this contract offering substantial £ & CO2 savings in the process.

Stephen Vaughan – Energy Manager (EMCOR UK)

Further Independent Test Studies

Longevity TestThese tests showed that was still present in the system 21 months later and savings had remained consistent throughout (around 17%). Early installs of EndoTherm (from April 2010) are now 7 years old and remain thermally stable.

Corrosion TestTests showed that there is less corrosion in hard and soft waters where they had been dosed with Corrosion levels had reduced by 80% with aluminium and 50% with steel.

has also been tested, and is compatible with leading name inhibitors.

also has a number of boiler manufacturer approvals and will not invalidate warranties.- Baxi- Vaillant- Equipco (North America)
