Logos : Only clean, black and white line art will be accepted.Tones, screens, broken lines, weak lines, or smeared art cannot be imprinted.We cannot use faxed artwork or logos copied from a web page,although our art department may be able to fix lower quality artwork to a certain extent. If black and white line art is not supplied for logos and special designs, you may be billed for art charge. Artwork needs to

be clean balck andwhite line art.

Same Day Shipments Rush fee of 100€ will be assessed for custom orders shipped on the same day they are placed.

Lead Times Stock wristbands leave our factory within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment. Orders for 30+ boxes of wristbands may require longer turnaround. Depending on the product type, wristbands are made and delivered within 3-21 days.

Delivery Times Please allow 1-2 business days for transit depending upon your location.

Shortages / Errors : Complaints Notification of any shortages or incorrect shipments must be directed to PDC Europe within 48 hours.

Returned Goods All returns for credit require written authorisation from PDC Europe. To process a Return

Merchandise Authorisation form (RMA) contact Customer Care. Custom printed or serialised product are not returnable. Merchandise must be returned in full boxes, original packaging and in good condition. Authorized returns must be received by PDC Europe within 10 working days from date of issuance. PDC Europe will allow returns under the following conditions:

1. When ordered in error and if returned in less than 30 days of the date of invoice, freight prepaid by the customer. A 30% restocking fee will be assessed.

2. When shipped in error by PDC Europe, and returned within 30 days from date of invoice, for full credit, including freight.é.
