Gas & NGL Processing

Peso provides several options for heavy hydrocarbon removal from a gas stream including:

Condensate Stabilization

Dew Point Control: to remove as much liquids to prevent liquids condensation in the gas pipeline and achieve the required fuel gas specification.

LPG Recovery: to maximize recovery of high purity liquid products from associated or non-associated natural gas stream.

Gas Dehydration: Use glycol or molecular sieves to dehydrate the gas streams over a wide range of flows, pressure, temperatures and Co2 content.

LPG Storage Tank Design & fabrication

Peso Energy Services, is in working relationship with two major US LPG tank fabricators to supply LPG storage tanks to the African market. We understand the requirements for a fit-for-purpose LPG tanks suitable for all kinds of application. In Nigeria, we recently managed the procurement of 29 LPG storage tanks each of 90,000 US WG (Water Gallon) capacity from the design, fabrication and delivery to site in Nigeria.

Compression Solutions

Peso has an excellent record in safe delivery of complex compression modules for major oil & gas operators, ranging in size from 5mmscfd to 400mmscfd.

Fast track delivery of compressors is achieved through accelerated fabrication technique based on very close relationship with the major compressor packager and indept understanding of the design to fabrication cycle.

Peso provides treatment solutions for a range of duty applications from deoiling produce water to water treatment for injection.

Produce water Treatment: PESO offers produced water treatment systems that meets & exceeds DPR disposal specifications. using hydrocyclones, degassers/skimmers, induce gas flotation units, media filters and additional polishing technology as required to meet discharge or reinjection specification.

Water Injection: PESO offers specialized design to treat water for injection. The systems typically comprising coarse filters, fine filters, deaerator, chemical injection, booster pumps and injection pumps, and associated instrumentation and controls.
