The situation: ■ Number of electric vehicles (EV) is
increasing heavily in Europe over the next decade (see draft of EGCI Roadmap for EV in Europe)
■ Quite a big number of local electromobility demonstration projects funded by regional, national or European programs are running
Leads to three major requirements: ■ Coordination of results from existing
demonstration projects to define best in class solutions
■ Standardisation of technologies has to be in place 2015 at the latest.
■ To drive a car conveniently between the existing demo regions, an overarching coordination is necessary (roaming)

(electric vehicles) driving in this demo region, supplied by 843 CPs (charging points) and one battery switch station; approx. 20 battery switch stations by end of 2012, and by 2015 Denmark will have a nationwide network of charge spots and battery switch stations that enable thousands of EV drivers to drive across all of Denmark and into Sweden

Data collection has not only static data, but also dynamic data, that is valuable input for policies and recommendations
The Green eMotion Marketplace will connect wide parts of Europe and will enable free access to the electromobility market for users and service providers
Green eMotion influences actively the standardization on identifier and interfaces – necessary for interoperability and therefore a competitive market
Business Models and cost-benefit-analysis will evaluate potential business opportunities in electromobility
Best practice sharing reports will spread experience throughout Europe
The external stakeholder forum is the platform for discussion on a very broad base and can therefore lead to an European interoperable electromobility system

Hvorfor Test-en-elbil?
• COP15 – Alle taler om Elbilen, men der er reelt kun få erfaringer og ingen OEM biler
• Hvis vi skulle gøre elbilen til allemandseje skulle vi have danskerne ud og køre – prøve det af på egen krop
• Med projektet fik vi 200 elbiler ud af køre hos 1600 danske familier, hvilke gav mulighed for: - at indsamle viden og erfaringer om kørsel, opladning og brugsmønstre - at indsamle viden og erfaringer i relation til elbilens betydning for el-nettet
• Overordnet set - Skabe et reelt billede af, hvad der kan være med til at ”knække elbilens
kode” – muligheder og barrierer

Projektet nedbryder fordomme
• Troede de fik en lille sløv bil, men de fik en hurtig elbil, som dækkede langt de meste af deres behov • Rækkevidden forøges med udbygningen af infrastrukturen
• Dynamiske elpriser, en vigtig brik i fremtidens elsystem , der gør elbiler endnu mere fordelagtige
• 96% af de adspurgte testpiloter har et meget positivt/positivt indtryk af Test-en-elbil projektet
• 79% vil anbefale andre at køre elbil efter deltagelse i Test-en-elbil
• 93% angiver det i meget høj/høj grad ville flytte deres strømforbrug, hvis der var variable strømpriser
• 72% tænker over energirigtig kørsel efter deltagelsen i Test-en-elbil (deltagelse er adfærdsregulerende)
• 41% af de adspurgte testpiloter har angivet, at de i meget højere grad/ højere grad end før tænker over deres øvrige energiforbrug efter deltagelse i Test-en-elbil
• 92% har fundet det meget nemt/nemt at benytte hjemmeladeren
