POLYPRIMER

POLYPRIMER is a bituminous primer containing oxidized bitumen and a mix of technical quick drying solvents.It is a fixing primer which stops powder and fills porosity of concrete surfaces in order to make easier the application of torch on, self-adhesive and liquid bituminous membranes.

POLYPRIMER HP 45

POLYPRIMER HP 45 is a bituminous primer containing oxidized bitumen and selected fast drying solvents. It is a fixing primer which stops powder and fills porosity of concrete surfaces in order to make easier the application of torch on, self-adhesive and liquid bituminous membranes.

IDROPRIMER

IDROPRIMER is a bituminous water-based primer used as a fixing primer which stops powder and fills porosity of concrete surfaces in order to ease the application of torch on, self-adhesive and liquid bituminous membranes. IDROPRIMER is not flammable and it is not dangerous for the applicator. Avoid the application in cold or humid weather, or in case of imminent rain to ease the product drying.

ACRIPLAST

ACRIPLAST is a liquid bitu-minous elastomeric solvent based membrane particu-larly recommended for roof application, on concrete terraces and on metallic structures. ACRIPLAST is an alternative to the bitumen polymer mem-brane for those applications where traditional membranes cannot be applied.

IDROPLAST

IDROPLAST is a liquid bitu-minous elastomeric water-based membrane particu-larly recommended for roof applications, concrete terraces, old bituminous membranes and foundations. IDROPLAST is an alternati-ve to the bitumen polymer membrane for those appli-cations where traditional membranes cannot be applied.

ELASTOPAINT PLUS

ELASTOPAINT PLUS is a waterproof ing b i tumen water-based paste, contai-ning polystyrene spheres and rubber granules. ELASTOPAINT PLUS is a system particularly recom-mended for waterproofing foundations, basements and waterproofing basins, tanks, and wells from the outside, to protect the con-crete from aggressive water.

POLYCOAT

Bituminous water-based cold asphalt with synthetic resins and selected filler particularly recommended for waterproofing concrete structure foundations and protective walls against the soil.It is recommended to apply two coats of POLYCOAT; the second coat must be applied when the first is completely dry.

POLYSINT

It is a liquid water-proofing elastomeric protective water-based membrane particularly recommended for roof applications, con-crete terraces, cement, wood and metallic surfaces. POLYSINT is also recom-mended for renovating and repairing bituminous mem-branes.


POLYSINTSUN REFLECT

POLYSINT SUN REFLECT is a water-based fibre-reinforced liquid membrane in white colour formulated with spe-cial synthetic resins, offering high solar reflectance and thermal emissivity ratings (83% and 91% respecti-vely), with a solar reflec-tance index (SRI) of 105, for bituminous membranes and for concrete.

POLYVER ACRIL

Protective water-based paint with elastomers and mineral pigments particu-larly recommended as a finishing layer and also as a protective paint for new and/or old bitumen polymer membranes.


POLYCEM

Bituminous solvent-based asphalt particularly recom-mended for bonding of the waterproofing membranes to vertical connections, to the exhaust outlets, skylights and aerators.POLYCEM is also used to seal cracking of various dimensions on concrete s u r f a c e s b e f o r e t h e application of waterproofing membranes.

POLYVER S

Protective solvent-based paint with elastomers and mineral pigments particularly recommended as finishing layer and also as a protective paint for new and/or old bi-tumen polymer membranes.

POLYVER ALU

Protect ive b i tuminous solvent-based paint con-taining aluminum pigments, particularly recommended as finishing layer and also as a protective reflective paint for new and/or old bitumen polymer membranes.

POLYFIX

POLYFIX is a solvent-based bituminous glue for cold bonding by means of spots or stripes of insulating panels on concrete, metal, wood and on polymer bitumen membranes.POLYFIX is easy to apply and primer is necessary only on dusty surfaces. For slopes greater than 5% mechanical fastening must be added.

POLYVER SUPER WHITE

POLYVER SUPER WHITE is a solvent-based white paint for protecting polymer bitu-men membranes, formulated with special synthetic resins, extenders, pigments, fungi-cides, anti-algae agents and various additives, offering high solar reflectance and thermal emissivity ratings (84% and 88% respectively), with a solar reflectance index (SRI) of 106.


BITUMINA

BITUMINA is a protec-tive quick drying solvent based bituminous varnish. It is water repellent and it has excellent characteristi-cs of resistance to chemical agents. I t is recommended for protection of gutters, pipes, pylons, carpentry elements and metallic structures in general. It protects from dampness and from chemical agents underground tanks, drain pipes and sewers.

POLYCOLL

POLYCOLL is a solvent-based bituminous glue for cold bonding of polymer bitumen membranes on horizontal surfaces (slope max 10%) apt to be glued both on old bituminous membranes and on the waterproofing of new concrete or wood surfaces replacing the traditional bonding flame.

POLYFIBREX

POLYFIBREX is a solvent-based fibre-reinforced elastoplastic coating, resistant to ponding water, used for waterpro-ofing and for UV protection of concrete surfaces and surfaces consisting of old polymer bitumen membranes.

ADEPUR

ADEPUR is a polyuretha-ne adhesive for bonding insulating panels on different substrates on flat roofs. ADEPUR is applied on con-crete surfaces, on existing bituminous membranes, on steel and wood in flat roofs. ADEPUR can be used to glue the insulating panels together.

MINERAL FIX

MINERAL FIX is a milky white water-based fixing varnish that once dry become transparent.MINERAL FIX is particularly suitable for protecting and fixing slate chippings on polymer bitumen membranes and on bituminous tiles.


BETONSHIELD

Concrete-based bi-component mortar ideal for waterproofing and protection of concrete structures. It is apt for waterproofing of concrete surfaces such as balconies, bathrooms and swimming pools.

PRONTO

PRONTO is a cold bituminous conglomerate for small road repara t ions and maintenance where a quick repair service and a practical use is necessary.The car traffic after the application compacts it perfectly.For a better result it is recommended to sprinkle a layer of concrete in summer and thin sand in winter.

REMOVAL

Solvent free fixing primer based on acrylic resins s u i t a b l e f o r a s b e s t o s t reatment to avo id the environmental contamina-tion by asbestos fibres during the removal (type D) of asbestos cement roofing sheets and/or the applica-tion of Polymant insula-tion (type C).

POLYSEAL

POLYSEAL is a solvent-based elastomeric sealant, based o n m o d i f i e d b i t u m e n , resins, and additives for gluing POLYTEGOLA edges and for sealing particular details in waterproofing layers with bitumen polymer membranes.

FIBROSTOP IDRO CAPSOROOF

F I B R O S T O P I D R O - CAPSOROOF permanent asbestos cement encapsu-lation system comprising FIBROSTOP IDRO acrylic primer in water emulsion as base for the following layers of CAPSOROOF, perma-nent encapsulant based on elastomeric resins in water emulsion (type A externally and type B internally).

POLIESTERE 60

POLIESTERE 60 is a white nonwoven fabric with a mass of 60 g/m2 that is usually used as reinforce-ment for liquid membranes waterproof ing such as Acriplast, Idroplast, Polysint and Polyfibrex. Apply POLIESTERE 60 on the first layer of liquid membrane just applied with a roller.

POLYOXID

POLYOXID is an organic compound made of a mix of hydrocarbons, of black colour, coming from the pro-cessing of crude oil. POLYOXID has binding, adhesive and waterproofing properties. It presents itself solid at room temperature but softens by heating.

POLYDREN

P O LY D R E N i s a T N T polyester felt recommended for drainage systems for roof gardens and as separation layers.

POLYCART C

POLYCART C is a bituminous felt paper made of felt paper filled with bitumen till saturation. Its application comes through hot coating of our Polyoxid for multilayer waterproofing or dry for sliding layers.

POLYVENT

POLYVENT is a membrane made of a modified bitu-m e n c o m p o u n d w i t h polypropylene and of a fabric of reinforced drilled glass fiber.


POLYDECK

POLYDECK is a bituminous protective screen recom-mended for under tile layer and for wood ventilated roofs. I t c o n s i s t s o f a T N T polyester reinforcement saturated in modified bitu-men with talc finishing on the surface.

POLYWOOD is a bituminous protective screen recom-mended for undertile layers and for wood ventilated roofs. It consists of a compound based on modified bitumen and by a nonwoven polyester reinforcement with polypropylene finishing.

POLYFOND KITPOLYFOND KIT DRAINP O LY F O N D K I T i s a protective system consisting of high density extruded polyethylene (HDPE). It is particularly recommended f o r t h e p ro t e c t i o n o f foundations’ waterproofing. In POLYFOND KIT DRAIN the polypropylene white geotextile guarantees an excellent drainage capacity for roof gardens.

FIBERGLASS MESH

Treated Fiberglass Mesh.Applied as reinforcement for rendering, it allows the system to suitably withstand the movement of the various layers as a result of exposure to a wide range of tempe-ratures and the problem of shrinkage, helping to stop the formation of unsightly cracks.Lay the Fiberglass Mesh on the render while it is still wet, applying it from top to bottom and embedding it in the render with the aid of a trowel or a spatula.

SILVERTEK 15Seal Lap

SILVERTEK 15 Seal Lap is a prefabricated synthetic layers stabilized to UV rays. Protects the insulation from infiltrations and they permit at the same time the steam passage to the outside. The double integrated adhesive band of SILVERTEK 15 Seal lap permits the sealing of the overlapping guaranteeing security to wind, air and water.

FESCO BOARD S

Insulation board made from “perlite” expanded volcanic rock, cellulose fibres and asphalt binders, featuring top face coated with blown bitumen protected by a heat-fusible polypropylene film. Particularly suitable for fully adhered application to the waterproofing system by torching.

PUR C

This is a thermal insulation panel made from expanded polyurethane laminated with bituminized paper.

PUR VBThis is a thermal insulation panel made from expanded polyurethane sandwiched between a bituminized fibre glass mat on the top and a saturated fibre glass mat on the bottom.

SILVERTEK 25Seal Lap

SILVERTEK 25 Seal Lap is a waterproofing highly breathable underlay, prefabricated with double self-adhesive integrated band, offering excellent performances when used under tiles/shingles, of thermohygrometric adjustment and of air/wind resistance for ventilated pitched roofs.

POLYTEGOLA

P O LY T E G O L A i s a Canadian-style bituminous shingle which meets the European Norm EN 544. It is made of a fiberglass structure soaked in oxidized bitumen and covered with coloured mineral granules on the upper face. POLYTEGOLA is available in two shapes: rectangular with three elements and beaver-tail with five elements.

X-THERM

This is a single layer thermal insulation panel made from rigid extruded expanded polystyrene foam.

IR B SOLIDA G15-B

Extremely high density rigid biosoluble rock wool panel faced on one side with a heavyweight coat of bitumen, protected with a polypropy-lene film. Water-repellent, elastic, odourless, chemi-cally inert, easy-to-maintain product that will not rot and is resistant to sagging and mould attack. When used u n d e r t h e p r e s c r i b e d conditions, the product offers lasting stability.

RIDGE VENT FOR POLYTEGOLA

SHINGLESThe ridge vent is a thermoplastic element designed for the ventilation of cavities in roofs produced using Polytegola shingles and bituminous shingles and/or fibre-cement sheeting in general, with any roof pitch. It features a series of labyrinths to stop water being driven in by the wind, special hooks for alignment, insect screening, a series of holes for nailing and ends for sealing start and finish points.

NAILS FOR POLYTEGOLA

SHINGLESRoofing nails are broad headed, made from 20 and 25 mm galvanized steel, and are required for the mechanical fastening of Polytegola bituminous shingles.

POLYGLUE

Instant-setting double-spread solvent-based polychloroprene rubber adhesive. Features low viscosity; once fully set, it has high adhe-sion strength and elasticity, excellent resistance to tem-perature and ageing.
