These are far superior and are beautifully sweet . The main variety is the Honeydew but we are also importing Galia, Cantaloupe and Water Melons from the same region. In particular look out for the Ole brand in Honeydew- regarded as the best melons out of Spain. Spanish Peaches and Nectarines are coming In June & July. Plums and Apricots also worthy of note here too . Salads July marks a flush in the crop of Blackpool tomatoes and cheap beef tomatoes and plum tomatoes on vine. Vegetables English Uncle David’s Maris Pipers have finished , as an alternative we can only offer for chipping -Cyprus / Italian Spunta (these will not chip as well as Uncle David’s!) here for next 2 months Or Pembroke (chip shops are taking), but still not as big as the Uncle David’s. English Uncle David’s Potatoes will not be ready until September ( late due to very dry weather in the south- irrigating every day and vast investment as mentioned in weekly newsletters ) - this happens every year where there is a gap in the market, please either try the Cyprus or Pembroke. Prepared Sliced Courgettes D026V 1x2.5kg Save 20% Date for your diary in July 23rd & 24th July Windermere Air Show Method Firstly heat a frying pan and brown potato fondants in a little butter Add 1oz of chicken stock powder, cover with water, bring to the boil and simmer until just soft On a chopping board butterfly the chicken breasts and take sausage out of skin and place in middle of chicken, firmly roll chicken over sausage Cut the rind off the pancetta and lay neatly on spread cling film (4 per portion) Wrap chicken tightly in the pancetta Put in an oven proof dish, add the remaining stock powder to boiling water and a little of the wine and the apple juice, pour over the chicken cover with foil and cook in the oven at 170 degrees until over 70 degrees Peel the baby carrots and cook in boiling water for 4 minutes or until just soft, refresh in cold water Take 16 chives put in boiling water for 5 seconds then refresh in cold water Season the water then add the spinach for 30 seconds and plunge into cold water, then squeeze out excess water Dry the carrots and chives then get 3 baby carrots and tie carefully with the blanched chives When the chicken is cooked pass the liquid through a sieve in to a pan, reduce by half then add the double cream, taste and add the rest of the chives chopped Squeeze the spinach into a shaped ring, brush the carrots and spinach with butter, put on bottom shelf of grill to warm through Carefully put the cooked potatoes on a dry cloth To plate up Slice chicken at an angle into 5 slices and fan onto warm plate Put fondant potato on plate and tied baby carrots on top, in the gap put the spinach Spoon sauce over chicken and garnish with vegetable crisps Go on have a go!! Method

On a chopping board butterfly the chicken breastsand take sausage out of skin and place in middle of chicken, firmly roll chicken over sausage
