Join us Active Aging week, for a Night Mediation yoga provided by Annette. Annette will take you through a series of stretches to provide the body time to relax and un-wind before bed. Gentle music will play, and lights will be dimmed. This class is seated, but yoga mats are always encouraged for those who want to take the class on the floor! It has been over a year since we have had one! The group will ferry over to Southport to have lunch at Fishy Fishy and then enjoy an afternoon of fall shopping….Maybe even a little early Christmas Shopping! We will then drive home from Southport.
