Romain Caillaud, Asia Group Advisors, Singapore

Romain Caillaud is a director at Asia Group Advisors. Based in Singapore, he provides

strategic advice to clients and oversees Asia Group Advisors' project execution teams

across the region. He has worked extensively in extractive industries, telecoms and

technology, financial services, and the food & beverage industry.

Caillaud has lived in Asia for more than ten years, including seven in Myanmar during which

Seow Chee Goh TEP, JP Morgan, Singapore

Seow Chee Goh, Managing Director and Head of the Wealth Advisory

South East Asia at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, is dedicated to serving the

international tax, trust, succession and strategic planning needs of our

clients. Based in Singapore, she is responsible for the firm’s Wealth

Advisory practice and will be advancing the firm’s efforts to develop

Richard Hay TEP, Stikeman Elliott (London) LLP

Richard Hay is a tax and financial regulation partner at Stikeman Elliott (London) LLP.

Richard acts for financial institutions, private clients and high net worth families on cross-

border estate and tax planning. He also advises professional and private equity firms on

Mr. Prijohandojo Kristanto is the Chairman of PB Taxand, one of the largest Tax
