• Each district has a manila folder with their district name on it that includes:
*3 copies of Quick Tips on how to enter activities in the 5 year plan
*3 copies of what your district has submitted online to date for the 2012-2013 and 2013-2014 school years
5 Year Plan-Next Steps
• When you leave, review the activities that have been entered so far as a district team
• By June 30th, each district should have submitted their activities online for the 2012-2013 and 2013-2014 school years
• The annual summary (narrative section) should also be completed for each goal as part of the plan which should highlight achievements, changes, and next steps
• We will be contacting you after SPDG Day to determine if there are any questions
