Couveé: Chardonnay.

Production Zone: Veneto - Colli Berici - Alonte (VI)

Vineyard Characteristics: 100m, above sea level.

Growing System: Pergola, about 3000 plants for each hectare.

Harvest: Picked up manually.

Bottle Refi nement: classical method sparkling processin leavens for at least 36 months.

Vinifi cation: soft pressing, checked fermentationat the temperature of 16-18° C.

Organoleptic Characteristics: straw-yellow colour, minute and costant perlage. Intense and typical scent with notes of toasted bread and leaven, in your mouth soft and persistent.

Gastronomic Matching: Excellent as appetizer, with fi sh hors d’oeuvre and with our typically venetian salami and cold meats. For any meal.

Alcoholic content: 12,5% vol.

Temperature of service: 6-8° C.

Bottles: from lt 0.75 - 1,5 lt. ©
