Yes, all non-university state edaction is free, and also the so called Privately run schoolsfunded by the state. (Charter Schools)
THINGS THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY
TRANSPORT: The Goverment pays, in case children don´t have a school in their locality.BOOKS: Goverment provides different aids and grants. Depends on the stage/ course.
