Spain is Kingdom of Spain officially. It is surraunded by the Mediterranean-sea, Vizcayai-bay and the Atlantic-ocean, furthermore in the land Portugal, Franch, Andorra, Algeria and Morocco. Spain is the biggest of the three independent state, which are in the Iberian-peninsula. Spain’s capital city is Madrid.

Spain’s most popular tradition is the bull-fighting. (corrida de toros). In the country there are more than 300 arena where people can make this „national sport”, which is shared the opinions. The contry’s first arena was built in Madridban, in 1749.

The dance and music are the most known spanish features. The candances and the tunes parts are different in differernt places of Spain. There are a lot of beloved spanish folk-dances, for example: the kasztilian, the baszk aurresku martial-dance and the ezpata dantza sword-dance.

A spain phrase says: "If you eat a dish with blindfold, and you can’t say what do you eat, than the cooker wasn’t so good.". The spain cuisine has secular traditions. The paella, the gazpacho and the chorizo are known in the most of the restaurants in west, but the wide range of dishes doesn’t go to the end, as there are the stew, soup, dishes made by fishes and the meats, too.

Their soups are the gazpacho and the cocido. Among the meats they like the mutton, the lamb, and they usually eat theese cooked in spit, (they don’t cut them up). But they also eat beef, veal, pork and they like the chicken. Their wines are delicious, but a little dry. They like drink their-and other nations- wines as much the Hungarians.
