Spa Hours of Operation Monday, Tuesday & Thursday - 10am - 4pm Wednesday 4 - 8pm Friday, Saturday & Sunday - CLOSED Reservations We recommend making a spa reservation for all services in advance to ensure preferred times. The earlier you reserve a time, the more likely you are to receive your preferred time. Cancellation Policy Treatment times are reserved especially for you. A credit card is required at the time of booking to reserve your service. There is a 50% charge for any changes or cancellations to appointments with less than 8 hours notice. No-shows will be charged in full. Gratuity Gratuities are always left to the discretion of our clients. It is customary to provide a 15% gratuity for all spa services provided. Preparing for your Appointment Prior to your service, a spa service provider will discuss with you what your goals are for the session. If you are taking a massage or body service, the spa service provider will provide you with instructions and then leave the room. At that time, please disrobe to a level of your comfort. At any point, if you feel uncomfortable for any reason, please immediately notify your service provider. General Information It is strongly recommended that everyone should consult a physician prior to taking any spa treatment or service. If you have high blood pressure, diabetes, history of a heart condition, are pregnant or have any physical injury or condition that has caused you any concern, please take all necessary precautions as outlined by your physician.
