Each homeowner at southwind is a member of southwind at lake Tahoe Association, Inc. Dues for the 2013-2014 budget year are as

Each homeowner is responsible for obtaining fire and liability insurance on their own home. These are townhomes not condominiums. The
purchaser needs a regular homeowners insurance policy.
