• Reduces Impervious Area by 47%• Implements 30% Landscaped Area• Provides storage for 1 inch per hour rain event• Model Analysis indicates near 100% capture of CSO overflows for
the typical year– 1.67 million gallons per year
• Additional runoff is conveyed downstream. Does not enter combined sewer.
