Our Polymer Coated edge is designed to glide with smooth, clean precision for less tissue trauma and a faster recovery. It’s the kind of difference a surgeon can actually feel. Southmedic/Personna Plus ® is technology on the cutting edge. The Southmedic/Personna Plus Polymer Coated Surgical Blade makes a smooth, clean cut as illustrated by cutting through 10 mm polystyrene (magnified 750 times). This is a result of the smooth cutting edge of the Personna blade shown below. A Regular Surgical Blade leaves a ragged edge when used to cut the polystyrene (magnified 750 times). This could be attributed to the irregular cutting edge of the blade shown below. The Southmedic/Personna Plus Polymer Coated Surgical Blade (magnified 400 times). Precision grinding technology coupled with an advanced Polymer Coating process contributes to Southmedic/Personna Plus’ improved cutting edge. Regular Surgical Blade (magnified 400 times). The pronounced, irregular bevel edge indicates a lack of uniform smoothness. 1-705-726-9383 1-705-728-9537 Fax www. southmedic.com email: [email protected]50 Alliance Blvd., Barrie, ON., Canada L4M 5K3 ISO 13485 ® Personna Medical / Personna Plus / Personna are registered trademarks of ASR Cutting Edge Technology, Continuing a Tradition of Excellence P0030 07/2009 ® ® ®
