For example, the state o Florid has set a goal o 75 percent recycling by the
year2020. Accordingto Lomangino,thisgoal isattainableaslong as the
conditions are in place to reely encourage and allow the recycling to takeplace. “Construction and demolition material is nearly 40 percent o the total
waste stream and in order to attain the goal, the materials must be recycled.
