Agencies have reached 1.9 million of the 3.8 million affected people targeted with some form of assistance. Rapid response teams target people in hard-to-reach areas. More work needs to be done in order to maintain this support and to reach those who have yet to receive assistance. The Crisis Response Plan calls for US $1.8 billion to assist 3.8 million people throughout the country– 46% of that funding has been received to date. 3.8m Percentage reached, of people targeted by clusters 63% 56% 34% 28%*** 63% 54% 47% 60% Accessible with constraints Rapid response catchment area (hard to reach areas) Accessible Access Rating Displaced locations response status Undetermined boundary Abyei region Reached Not reached 1 2 Yet to reach 23% of the population in 40 displaced locations Reached 77% of population in 93 displaced locations Reached 62% of the people in 27 locations Planned to reach 12% of the people in 4 locations Ongoing response to 25% of the people in 7 locations people targeted in hard to reach areas 876,100 People to be assisted by the end of the year Non Food Items
