NEXT STEPS Event - vision into action June 19th 7-8:30pm Mahone Bay Centre Co-Working @ Eli’s Friday Mornings 9am -12pm Eli’s Cafe, Main Street, Mahone Bay continued on page 2 In our experience there are many of us working in isolated pockets along the south shore who enjoy the freedom to run our own lives but miss the human connection, motivation, creativity and productivity that comes from working with others. We would like to find a way to connect us all together so our independent passions and enterprises can thrive for the betterment of ourselves and our region. This may be a physical space for co-working, a series of idea jams for product development, social events, collaborative investment - the sky is the limit. From the invitation: OPENING - Tim, Dave and Matt introduced their vision for a hub that could build relationships among entrepreneurs, provide space to co-work and incubate our businesses CONVERSATION - We talked among ourselves exploring the need and vision for the South Shore Hub . We identified the key ingredients we would need for it to work. PRIORITIZING - Finally we closed the session with thanks to the Mahone bay Centre and Mateus Bistro for their support and voted on what areas we felt were most important.
