KEY EVENTSFounded in 1962 by Christian de Maillard,

SOPPEC was initially a Charente-based

company which elaborated paints, wood

maintenance products and varnishes for

professional use.

On the eve of the 1990s, the company was

specialising in the design, manufacture

and marketing of innovative marking

systems in aerosols.

Intended initially for forestry marking

professionals, the SOPPEC aerosols have

made a successful name for themselves

in the building and public works world,

carried by the development of an

innovative, patented safety spray cap.

In 2004, Thibault de Maillard, Managing

Director since 1996, succeeded his father

and became the owner of a constantly

growing company that had become the

European leader in its markets, with

innovation and diversification the keys to

its development.

Having opened a new logistics and storage

site in 2009, 2010 marked a new stage for

SOPPEC with a significant increase in its

production capacity to support the growth

of its domestic and export markets.

THE VALUES WHICH MAKES US DIFFERENT

is based on constantly and cost-effectively

improving performances and focusing

carefully on anticipating expectations and

new requirements.

I N N O V A T I O N

The fruit of nearly thirty years of research

and testing, the creation of aerosol

marking systems was a major innovation

and represented decisive progress for

professional users. Our product ranges

have been improved constantly since

then.Focusing on durability, safety,

enhancement and extension of products

range, respect of man and environment.

Since 2016, all the products upside down

are being equipped with the patented

Analyses, qualitative tests, multiple ins-

pections, ageing tests, etc. Every product

manufactured by SOPPEC benefits from our

total process control, from design to market

launch. This total traceability is what makes

SOPPEC an absolutely trustworthy supplier

for all professionals or professional user.

R I S K M A N A G E M E N T

SOPPEC has been committed to a glo-

bal quality, safety and environmentally-

friendly approach for twenty years. This

includes risk control for both the produc-

tion and logistics sites and product users.

Our “SEVESO“-classified French manufac-

turing sites are measured specifically for

the storage of gases and solvents used in

the aerosols. The products themselves are

inspected many times for their seal and

reliability.

ONE WHEEL APPLICATORGUN HANDLE

The reference for over 15 years in the building and

public works industries, SOPPEC Spot markers were

the first to be equipped with our patented safety

caps guaranteeing flawless reliability for our users.

Six different product ranges cover all the different marking

applications for construction sites and public works, whatever

the type of marking needed: provisional, temporary, fluorescent,

non-fluorescent, more environmentally-friendly (formulation

containing over 25% water).

ADVANTAGES

The building and public works ranges are fitted with two

different types of diffuser cap:

• The patented Soppec 1 «TP» safety cap, with a base made from

recycled plastic, is fitted to all ranges that can be used upside-

down: FLUO TP®, PROMARKER®, S MARK, TRACK MARKER, HYDRO

TP, TEMPO TP.

• A second specific cap 2 equips the IDEAL SPRAY® aerosols to

enable easy multi-directional use.

• All aerosols are formulated in accordance with the rules of our triple

certification standards.

• The products can continue to be used even under very low

temperatures thanks to the highly pressurised containers and

specific propellant gas.
