Prince William County Chapter of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women Installed A Perfect Image Photography The National Coalition of 100 Black Women’s Prince William County chapter was formally installed Nov. 17. The installation came just 11 months after the National Coalition of 100 Black Women (NCBW) approved the formation of the chapter to serve Woodbridge, Manassas and Manassas Park at its Jan. 28 meeting in Orlando, Fla. The chapter’s first president is Dr. Alice Howard who was installed, along with 70 other women as charter members of the Prince William County NCBW chapter.
