SOP for Joining Live Meeting 2007

Join your MeetingPlease ensure you have installed Live Meeting 2007 in your computer

Join your meeting, by using any of these options in the invitation mail

Enter your details

Entering the meeting

Close the Voice & Video box

Switch on Thumbnail view

Click on Recording and go to Options

In the shared recording options click on (Configure Phone)

Click on Edit to change the Conference NumberChange Country to IndiaChange Area code to your city E.g. Delhi - 11Change Number to phone number e.g. 2654321Click on OK

In progress boxYour meeting is now ready to record, click on Done

Click on OK

Click on RecordingTo start recording click on RecordTo pause/stop recording click on Pause /Stop button which appear here

After Stopping the recording, Click on Save Recording and then on OKThe meeting will be saved on the Live Meeting server

Finally Exit your Meeting
